Nice guy, bad technician. Brought my iphone 5C in for a screen repair, dude said it would be $110. Whatever, I dont care. He writes the price down on my receipt and tells me to come back in 30 min in which it will be fixed. I come back and he now says hes gonna charge me $35 more dollars to put a new home button on it.. BS... Price was $110 why do you wait until I come back to tell me I now have to pay $35 more? Wouldnt let me take the phone back unless I did.. So I bring the phone home and immediately it starts overheating, speakers are broken, and now, 3 weeks later the phone is completely useless.. Wont even turn on. DO NOT come here. They will rip you off and you will leave with a phone that will break after a week. A new Iphone 5c costs $200 right now. He charged me $153 all together and then had the nerve to try and sell me a phone case. Scam artists

My wife and I took our phones in to get their screens replaced because they were cracked. After spending $260 for the two screens to be replaced, my phone speaker no longer worked which we had to bring back to replace, my wifes camera no longer focuses and they have to order a new part for that as well. What a hassel and it wasnt done correctly the first time for both phones. My new touchscreen has white cloud breakthrough on it. Cases are also extremely over priced bu lt what can you expect when buying them from a keyosk. I will say they are very friendly and do not mind fixing mistakes that they have made.

I called in an attempt to find out if they could repair and Apple Watch. The person whom answered the phone was not only rude but hung the phone up on me. I understand that repairing and Apple Watch is not a normal request and most places do not service apple watches but that does not excuse an employee being rude and hanging the phone up on someone. Because of the way I was treated I would not recommend this business nor would I be a customer of this business.

VERY TERRIBLE PLACE. I urge everyone not to go I broke my phone screen and went to get it fixed there and for a cheap price but they ended up not fixing it correctly. They would not look at it again or give me a refund so I went to Efix and they helped me out and fixed my phone for a reasonable price so I WANT TO STRESS OUT NOT TO GO HERE .

Never do anything with them !!!!! Waranty they have is only 7 days!!! I paid $174 fot samsung galaxy5 screen replace. Screen start not responding after 5 weeks... Came back for waranty , and only then thay told me that waranty is only for 7 days . What a craaaaaaaap !!!

Best price around (I shopped). He was done with new screen and LCD on my phone in 10 mins and it has worked like new. I inquiried about warranty and he said that if it malfunctions (unless I break it again), all I have to do is bring in my receipt. Thanks, Cellaris!
