HORRIBLE customer service! While helping me with my new phone Chantal decided it would be a good time too also help a guy that just walked in the door. She then proceeds to almost completely ignore me only helping me when interject. I have never been anywhere that when another customer comes in the rep almost completely ignores who they are working with. I even had to ask for my receipt twice!!! Normally a good customer rep would tell the new customer to wait a few minutes while I finish with this customer. Plus shes to busy singing and trying to find the right music that I can only wonder if maybe she has ADD or ADHD. If in West Allis go to the one on HWY 100. Much cleaner and nicer also P.S. Actual phone service has been very good.

Convenient location, but the employees try REALLY hard to push extra service that I did not want. After repeating myself nearly 20 times, I finally got out of there with the plan that I wanted, but it took a long time to do so. 5 star for phone service, 1 star for the employees at this location.
