The experience itself in the store was fine. We were the only ones there so it went by quickly. The problem we have is that we were told if we paid $100 for our internet up front they would waive the $100 installation fee. We did that and we are still getting charged a $100 installation fee by $33 monthly. We are only suppose to have a $47 monthly internet. So an extra $33 is a big deal. We live an hour from Schaumberg so I refuse to drive back there for this. Ive visited my nearest att store. They can not help because they are "franchise" which is bs. I called the customer service they can not do anything because its a "instore special" more bs. I called the store and spoke with a rep. because manager is always on lunch break. They said they spoke with him and would fix it right away. A week later they still have not fixed it. Do not go to this store. Once they have your money they do not care about your service or billing probables.

I just returned from this place. Made me wait for an hour. Absolutely no courtesy to apologize. Instead when I ask them how long do I wait, they simply said if you have all the time in the world you can wait! Not sure what sort of service these guys provide. This is my second such experience with AT&T. I guess I am done with them now. Will be porting my no. shortly Just to add - I was at the store at 8.40 pm. I was with my little one and it was way past 9.40 pm I decided to leave the place after I inquired about the wait time. Was told 15 minutes but cant say anything.

The store itself was laid out well and there is a good variety of products to choose from. However, the staff seemed to bunch up and talk, ignoring other potential customers walking through the store.

Had an issue with my data not coming through and the guy in the AT&T store actually fixed it! Wait was short too.
