Liars. I put a deposit on a phone 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive $69 off when it came in since it would be the second phone I was buying from them. I was told it would arrive in a week. They never called so yesterday I called and was told the phone had not arrived yet and would be there the next day. Today I called and they say the phone is there, but they wont give me the $69 off, the promotion expired. The manager keeps changing his story, saying they never told me about the promotion, which is a lie. They had even added up what my total would be when I received the phone the day I ordered it. He then lied and said that the phone came in 2 days after I ordered and he called me himself (no record on my caller ID or voicemail). He lied again saying the promotion ended two days after I ordered the phone after insisting it ended 2 days ago. Dishonest business. If you want to use MetroPcs, go to another location! Fraud.

okay so I had a LG Stylo. seriously just stopped working and I had to buy a new phone. I got the desire and this phone sucks. like horrible. im actually been calling this metro store for an hour and no one is answering. it is almost 7 and its says they close at 8. why isnt anyone answering this phone? pissed and annoyed. I think its time for a whole new phone service. im done playing like this

Store manager accused my wife of stealing a phone that she paid for. He cannot explain how she stole a phone that they activated. He sent threatenig text messages to her phone. Do not purchase anything from this store or pay your bill there they will screw it up.

I switched 4 lines to metropcs. I was able to save tons of money. The staff are friendly. You cant find better deals on phone service anywhere else. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable cell phone service.
