I recommend this store to all my friends and family. I was very hesitant at first because of how low the reviews were and all the negative comments but because its on my way home from work and I get out late everyday I stopped in anyway and was blown away by thier employee Jasmine, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I literally must have stopped in like 5 times before upgrading my phone and plan and not once did she pressure me to buy anything. She even stayed about 2 hours after she closed when my buddies decided to switch from sprint to help them with that process. I would say stop in for yourself and give her 5 min of your time I know you wont be disappointed.

Run from this store. Do not let them email receipts. The store took my iPhone 6s as a trade-in; however, this didnt show on my receipt received after I left the store. I called Verizon when I got home. It has been a month long headache and my trade-in phone has gone missing. In addition, the credit for the phone was never put in the system and doesnt show the return of the phone. Verizon corporate does nothing as this is an "indirect" store and told me I have to resolve with the store. The store manager is dishonest. Told the police the phone was returned. Told me doesnt show in the system and insinuated I didnt provide as trade in.

This store got me and my wife good!! They stole our phone!!!!! They wont help with anything but they are the ones that messed it all up. They wont do what they say they will do. Also they stole our phones and money and now wont help with anything!!! The owner of this location must really not care about his business if he did they would help. Also the employees are ruder then I ever seen in any kind of retail space!!! I cant wait until word gets out about how you guys do business once that happens I bet this store will close and just move to another location to find more people the steal from!!!!!!! Thanks for all your help

RUN FAST FROM THIS STORE . the big guy with the beard is rude only can say No . i have to talk to the owner . but never calls in front of you ,goes in back room . they will lie to you give you wrong info ,then say you the Consumer is wrong . PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE, Corporate need so close this store fast .And the Manager cant answer questions , and if she does gives you the wrong info .

I dont know what the other reviews are talking about, but my experience was great! The staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile - helping with a problem that was outside of what was required. Checkem out, its a 5 star experience.

Manager is rude and uncooperative. Would not validate information provided by corporate or even contact. Once sale is made does not support consumer. Stay away from wireless stores and go to full business sites.
