Isaac is the best! Super energetic, polite, helpful. Switched from Cricket. The monthly payment is higher but the quality of the phone calls is much better and worth it. The store is clean. Everyone is helpful. Very comfortable shopping environment.

This is Business and all you could find is sales. Nothing about customer support or customer service. Specially with what they promote ASSURANT sucks. If you hit a problem they will not help you do it your self . Good luck.

Sitting and waiting at the Crest Hill store to open on a Wednesday morning. Business hours are supposed to be 10-8 and its 10:30 and the store is still closed and not a person to be seen. Such poor management!!
