This place is amazing!!! Wasnt due for a upgrade and didnt have jump program but I really wanted the newest phone. These ladies still upgraded me and paid off my phone without the jump program!! They always try to give you the best price and if not they find you the best discounts available.. I will always continue to come here and do buisness.. these ladies are kind and always smiling.

I dont understand why are people saying all those bad things, I always get help in that store, the girls are amazing and always get me the phone i love and get my stuff switched over. I love coming to that location and they always have great deals. Its sad that people review the store only when they are upset and dont bother to write anything when they do a great job.

I was thrown out of this store after spending $90 on a SIM that didnt work with my device. No refund, no apologies, instead I was told I was rude (the manager was the one raising his voice and being confrontational), that "that is not a T-Mobile device" and to "get out of my store."

I went to get sim cards they said they couldnt give them to me without activation. I asked nicely they were adamant that the system will not let them move forward without activating a line. My husband went the next day and they gave him sim cards without activation...

The staff is so pushy they try to sell you everything and anything they have doesnt matter how much you refuse the offer they still ask you they will lie to you and till you its free but it turns out your doing payments on things very unsatisfaid.

It looks like the personal was changed. I have bought a phone and the sales was very helpful. They understood my needs and did not try to sale me something over.
