I went to the store yesterday at 7:40 pm, the sign on the door said "closes at 8 pm", The lights were turned down and when I parked and wen to see if they were really closed, I saw a guy at the back of the store shut off the lights completely. He saw me standing there and then proceeded to go into the back office. I had quick question about my account. I have never seen such poor customer service. I will not be going back there. I tried to call today and speak to the manager and he said the manager was not in and will not be in until 9/15, hard for me to believe there is not acting supervisor in his absence.

Horrible customer service, they have one person working. Arrived at 7:20pm only to be told they close at 8:00pm and wont have time to take care of me. Hire more people!
