They are Scamming people, they will sell you this and that just so they can get the commission, they will sell you stuff that you dont need. The sold me a useless watch and lie and the things that they can do. Just so they can get a commission. All the floor sales persons make little to no money if they dont sale. They have to sale, sale , sale . Be careful.

No communication between team . Someone offered me a promotion on my rate the next day I went it was just a waste of time they said someone gave me wrong info ! When I asked to speak with the manager they told me she was in a conference call at 7pm .. Really???

Fantastic experience given by Roland and Hector to resolve my issue. I brought in an unlocked phone bought from a third party, and they were knowledgeable, communicative, responsive, and they were able to take care of the issue. Im impressed.

Better customer service than the other two stores on Golf Rd. Big store. Decent selection but they still didnt have what I needed even though it was in their inventory system. So I went next door to T-Mobile and they took care of me.
