Came here for an iPhone6 and the manager is very rude said I cant hold a phone there are 2 associates and 1 manager sitting with one guy. Knowing that someone is here for just the phone. Been waiting now for over 1 hour and there are 7 people on the list and just to see the manager and 2 associates with one guy and the store packed with people that arent being helped so they can flirt with a guy. I think that at&t should do a spot check on this place. The manager should definitely not have a job period. This place is a joke you should never come to this location ever. Guess she didnt see I work for a partner of Google even with my logo on my shirt maybe if she wasnt flirting she wouldve realized it. Dont come here its horrible.

I had to replace recalled Samsung Note 7. At&t has sent me several notices saying that I can come to any At&t store after September 21st and all stores should have new Note 7 for replacement. I came to this store and got very unpleasant treatment. The guy at the door was quite rude. He started telling me that I should not have come without calling them first. Whatever I was trying to say - he kept interrupting me repeating "call next time before you come". No "hello", "sorry" or anything remotely polite. I understand that there could be some problems with stock and delivery, but this can not justify rude treatment of customers who have been loyal to At&t for two decades.

They will offer you something like bundle with direct TV and they will promise you that you will get a service like home security for free and when the bill comes it is not actually free. You will end up paying more. They lied to customers just to sell service. They will also offers watches without explaining that their is activation fee and monthly data services which will further increase you bill. They basically robbed the customers! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ALREADY ELIVATED THIS TO THE ATT MANAGEMENT AND THEY WILL BE IN TROUBLE FOR SURE. WATCH OUT FOR THAT PERSON NAME ADRIAN. HE HAS FULL OF LIES...

Third time trying to fix my new account charges at no avail. The staff at AT&T Darien office did their best to help me fixing the problem of extra charges by Direct TV. But Direct TV on the phone with the AT&T staff are going no where. I am being cheated $20 per month for the next two years. If I cancel my contact I will be charged more penalty for the 2 years. I wish I stayed with Comcast. Customer service of Direct TV is horrible.

i bought iphone 5s from this location a female gave me all wrong information about iphone. she even didnt explain me about correct at&t return policy. She just said return phone whithin 2 week. On 6th day i returned phone back but they took restocking fee, which she didnt explaim me, top of that i received $300 bill which i have to pay..... if i have choice i would never even give 1 star to this store. Not recommended

As a non-technical older person, I was VERY happy with the time and patience I received from Adrianna and the staff at this store. We encountered a few connection and setup problems when I was trading up to a larger tablet, but she was persistent, not afraid to ask for help, and stayed with me through the whole process -- truly exceptional customer service.

This was the second location that continued to not help. Jose really seemed like he was trying but that manager Dina was a real witch talking about mame we have inventory as if to say I wanted something for FREE no one knew anything but caused chaos. Terrible service we are ending our contract thanks to Dina the manager.

The store staff here has never been particularly helpful, nor do they seem to know much about the products they carry. If you call into this store location, no one ever answers, yet it seems they area always overstaffed. Their customer service and retention is subpar at best. Step it up, kids.

Good service. Interacted with two friendly reps. I needed to see if one of my phones was unlocked. They helped me with that right away. I also needed to get a SIM card cut down to nano size. They gave me a free nano SIM and transferred the number over. Totally professional and pleasant.

Horrible service. They needed to activate one phone on my account but in doing so, deactivated another and put that number on the new phone. Also, dont even bother trying to call the store to talk to anyone. Ive been bouncing around between automated messages for the past 30 minutes.

This store is one of the slowest places I have ever been to. They had 3 employees and 2 customers yet I still had to wait 20 minutes to buy a set of headphones! To top if off they all give you a zombie smile like it is your pleasure to wait! Never again...

The tech was absolutely rude. She had no business being in customer service - no interested in supporting us, not interested in her job, and we left with no resolution. I wonder if her manager knows or cares that my phone bill supports their salaries....
