Avoid this store and any of their other locations. They are not a corporate Verizon store. I was swindled into getting a "free" tablet when I came in to their store to switch around my account. The woman said, "Oh, its free." I said, "I dont want it." She said, "But, its free!" Then, later one, she tells me that I will have to pay $50 and get a rebate back. Fine. Today I went online to see my Verizon bill and Im being charged $40 activation fee for the tablet AND $10 per month. The employee never told me this. To top it off, I will have to pay a $75 restocking fee when I return the tablet. Which I will refuse to do.

Terrible employees and customer service. They tried to change the "deal" we got when we picked up our phones. Didnt properly explain new bill structure and automatically add on the $11/month protection plan without asking if we wanted it. Recommend to anyone that has a similar experience to use the chat feature on Verizons website. They were very helpful in fixing all of the stores errors/upsells. From now on we will only go to corporate stores where the employees are hopefully more professional.

Have normally had great relations with staff but spoke with Adam on the phone today and I was frustrated about not being able to be helped by them and would therefore require more work on my part. Instead of trying to help out and offer suggestions like using one of their extra cables while I was waiting for my damaged one to be replaced, or any other option he just became frustrated back and raised his voice. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.

I came in on August 14th at 3:40PM and the only way I can describe my experience is that I got the silent treatment!! If the associate used her words to interpret her facial expressions and body language she was displaying she would say "get the F out of the store, I done wanna work today".

Was SCAMMED by this location. Was LIED to so they could sign me up for services and make quick money. Manager did not help, in fact he was the one who scammed me (Gregory). Called TCC Corporate and was advised they would choose the employers word over mine. Avoid this location at all costs!
