Justin and Patty were extremely amazing on their dedication in resolving some personal conflicts and issues with my phone that in no way related to AT&T. They were insightful, generous, compassionate, understanding, professional, and enjoying to work with that I felt at the end of my visit both of them should come over and have dinner with me. I think I might go out and buy a Starbucks card for each one of them to get a cup of coffee on me. The experience was just quite that delightful.

nothing but a bunch of idiots here, sold me an iphone 7 case for an iphone 6plus telling me there was NO difference in the case when there actually was, then they wouldnt let me return or exchange when i had the box, card & recipe with me! smh
