Unprofessional; uncaring; lackadaisical attitude from store manager. Have been a rewards member holding ElitePlus status for years. Attempted a return to this store - my mistake was ever going to this store. Frys Electronics and Amazon will get my business in the future. After my 20 year old experienced Best Buys attitude-of-late with her college computer problems (keys keep falling off a computer barely over a year old.... and conveniently out of warranty), she will no longer even step inside a Best Buy store. Every time she tried to return it under the warranty, GeekSquad took it for 2 weeks, returned it with a statement that all was repaired, and within a week the same multiple problems cropped up again. Seems like its time to take a Que. from the new generation and take my money somewhere that provides better after-service.

These guys are life and money savers!!! Att down the way totally screwed me over, humilated me, and were a waste of my time. Anthony sat me down right away and figured out a temporary problem (they were closing soon) and promised to get things worked out the next day. I returned and he not only saved me hundreds of dollars but was so patient and kind with me the entire time. The whole team there was friendly and well knowledagble. Needless to say i am no longer with att and i am so happy i now have a place i can go to for help and information. Thanks again Anthony!!!! You rock!

I went to many best buys around my area because i wanted to change my eee pad transformer for a new one because a screen problem no other best buy wanted me to give me a new one becuse a my return period had expired but on this best buy it was a breeze. I paid 400+ for a product and just because i was a week over they didnt wanted to exchange it
