On 6/18/15 I called tmobile a few times to get thee amount that I owe past due and current so I can pay them off and I was leaving Tmobile to go with another provider. I enter the Tmobile to pay all money that was owed, the Rep knew I was leaving Tmobile so he like you can get the G4 for no money down and add a line for 100 bucks plus with the promotion you get head phones and a case. He like your bill would only go up like 20bucks the first bill. So im like ok that sound good! Keep in mind that my phone bill was due 6/23/15 so im in there paying off what I was told from Tmobile 3xs on 6/18/15 my bill was only 2 something. So after getting home enjoying my new phone, get a text after the 23rd saying my phone bill is over due and not paid service is gong to be interrupted. Called Tmobile so many times that day and went up there and nothing was done but saying I owe a past due amount of 139.00... Im so upset about that plus I went from having a $80.00 phone bill to now my bill is $274.00. Im pist off because I was mislead not only from the Rep in this store because he lied and wanted to sell a phone, but the Loyalty Reps, Customer service Reps as well. They still charging me for a hotspot that I had got taken off my account so many months ago! I ask for it to be a investigation into my account for things such as the hotspot payments and still no go. My needs had not been met. I wouldnt recommend T-Mobile to nobody!!! They need to take responsibly for they actions and mis leading just to make some money to sell a phone... I feel they are CROOKS!!!! And they took me for a ride... Im going to pay off my stuff but after, im leaving this provider...

COMPLETE RIPOFF! I went in there looking to buy a new phone. I knew exactly what I wanted so I thought I was just going to be in and out. The wait was dreadfully long but that wasnt even the worst part. After finally getting assistance I told the employee what I wanted and the employee went and got it but during this time there was a promotion of "free" stuff. My young naive self bought into it but my father being there did not and asked how much it would cost. The employee continually said it was free and that we would only pay the taxes. No matter how much my dad badgered her for the prices she continually said we would only have to pay the taxes. In my excitement I did not look at the receipt. A mistake on my part. A month later passed the 14 day return policy we find that there is over $500 worth of stuff that I did not account to pay for. I had known how much the phone I wanted cost because I looked it up online and I knew the different payment plans offered but the lady didnt even ask me about that. She just randomly chose one. They really are no help. I am extremely frustrated and refuse to ever buy anything from there again. I find it absurd that these things can be advertised like this. You always think youre too smart to be scammed like this but it really can happen to anyone. I feel so stupid but from my experience I can just say if you do decide to buy anything from there, dont be swindled, do your research and question everything!

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION ALL MOBILE CUSTOMERS!! Mobile company are ripping people off with the Galaxy s6!! They are deceiving customers!! I have had my phone for 9 months and my phone has been overheating, and shutting down on me and when i went to Tmobile they said that I would have to pay for my phone and then upgrade for another phone!! Im paying $700 for this phone and it only lasted 9 months. I bet if any of their own employees had this phone and wanted to exchange it they would have done it for free and us customers would have to pay for it and our money it swept away!! I swear i have talked to at least 4 different employees and they each say the same thing to me that i have to pay of my Galaxy s6 that is overheating then upgrade to a new phone and pay for that one too. They expected me to delete all my apps for my phone to go back to the original product. When they want their money they are after us like crazy saying we need to pay this and that, but when we need something from them they say we cannot help you!! That is pathetic as I expect a $700 phone to be able to handle apps!! I would rather pay the double and go to Verizon then deal with this unprofessional company!! Be aware from Tmobile as they are unprofessional and thieves and deceive everyone!! If they go out of business I wouldnt be surprised and I hope they do!! ATTENTION ATTENTION: Go to Verizon or U.S cellular and get what you pay for!!

I went in to buy a phone the other day. I knew exactly which phone and it was the first day it was on sale. That aside, the rep was very friendly, but I dont think she quite knew what she was doing. I wanted to pay a certain amount up front and then have my monthly financing be a certain amount. She rang up the sale without the down payment and tried to make up for it by having me pay off however many months of payments equalled my desired down payment. After telling her that it didnt sound right, she assured me it was right. We went back and forth with the math she was coming up with, it made no sense and I was very puzzled. The store manager happened to overhear this and quickly worked with her to fix it. It was frustrating and took too long for a simple upgrade transaction. I think I will try another store next time.

I went to T-Mobile today, and it took them 2 hours to get the iPhone 6s that I purchased. They had to go to the one at Southridge, which distance wise is about 30-40 minute ride back and forth. The manager Ryan had to go get it came back and didnt even acknowledge me as to why he took the long. Overall they do NOT care about their customers at all, if I was you I would go to the one on 76th st or the one at Southridge Mall. Faster customer service and better associates.

Here to pick up preordered tmobile phone, in which they insisted on shipping to store, get here the new phone is locked, unable to activate, sitting here with not one person knows what to do. Sitting on ph with customer servuce. On top of it is already paid for...absolutely ridiculous...us cell even wouldve done the obvious by now. Replace with compariable phone. Been here 1 hr 30 mins.

Not good customer experience. Rush is always there. Representative takes lot of time and work very slowly... I bought the sim card and then the representative told me that he will put the credit of $25 which he charged me for new sim. however I have to go back to store twice to get that credit.
