Took my iPad to the Apple Store in Mayfair for a broken headphone jack...Apple guy said they couldnt fix it and Id need to get a new iPad. I decided to give it a shot and have these guys take a look before buying a new one and thankfully I did! The guy at the front desk took my iPad in the back and came back out in 5 mins successfully repairing the headphone jack. Not only that, they didnt even charge me...cause it was so easy for them to fix it!

Brought in my 130 gig ipod classic that i bought brand new in 2010 with a battery that dies fast and a headphone jack that cuts out. Dude ordered the parts, messaged me a week later and had the thing fixed in about an hour. Im at the gym right and the thing works like brand new. He also looked up an issue i had with my car stereo. Im definitely coming back with some other hand held electronics that i dont want to part with.

I came to ubreakifix to transfer my data and when I arrived in was greeted within 5 seconds and the two associates mark and Charles where the two nicest men that have ever helped me. They were very prompt and helpful. They recovered all of my info and proceeded to give me help even after I was finished paying. They are the best and would recommend everyone stop in for your technical difficulties.

This place is amazing went into get my screen fixed on my iPhone 6 which is cracked the guy did a perfect job he was polite and they also did a diagnostic test for free and he offered to clean out my parts for my USB in my ox this place is awesome go check it out The price is good THANKS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Marc and the staff were great. They were very upfront on what they could try to do to fix my wifes phone that dropped in some water briefly. They are really there to help you and not just take your money. We eill certainly go back here for any phone problems.
