This was, by far, the worst store I have ever been in. I have been scheduled for an upgrade on my phone for several months. Naturally, I went in to exchange my phone. The employee, after looking at my phone, proceeded to tell me that I wouldnt need a new phone if I had taken more care of my old one. There was not a SINGLE scratch nor chip on my phone. This same employee also had a piece of paper in front of him. I had seen that he had doodled "Deese Nuts" on it. First off, its "Deez Nuts". Second of all, that meme is no longer dank anymore. Finally, no customer wants to see such language from an employee. Very unprofessional. To even continue how very unprofessional this employee was, his pants were so low that everyome could see his white and blue plaid underwear. Nobody wants to see that. Believe me. Littered on the floor were at least 3 sim cards. I kindly pointed out that he had 1 sim card next to him. He proceded to tell me that "Its fine. They are from old phones" No. Pick up your damn garbage. Another customer also came in the store. He mentioned how he was a fellow AT&T employee. He knew exactly what type of phone he wanted, but he had some questions about certain features. He then asked the person who was helping him. The lady kept having to bother the employee who has helping me and a third employee. All of whom could not answer the mans questions. This is a very unprofessional, unclean store with employees who have no idea what they are doing!

Ive been to this location twice and I will NEVER go back! They sell discontinued phones to you without telling you! Thank God my husband looked up the nokia phone my mother had just purchased. He was trying to find her helpful hints for her 1st "smart" phone experience only to find out the dang phone was discontinued in April!!? She purchased it in August!! Heres where it gets interesting. We take the phone back to a different AT&T location (this location closes earlier than others) only to be told we HAVE TO go back to the one in Lockport because we purchased it there. That location is an AUTHORIZED dealer not an actual AT&T store. The salesman, I believe his name is Danny, proceeds to play the word game with me about how long the "shelf time" of a cell phone- mind you its been 4 days since original purchase, the nokia my mom just bought is no longer displayed. Now the sales rep has an attitude problem because I caught him trying to b.s. my mother. He exchanges the phone. My mom paid the difference, but he tried to over charge her by almost $80.00!

I was having a hard time with my old number. I was getting spam calls and text messages from people asking me about getting access to some club. Not to mention all the spam text messages saying #mikevoatthedoor. I came to the store and Ahmad was able to help me switch my number and put me into a phone that suited my needs. He even sat down with me told me that I could save money every month by switching to Direct TV and my home phone service with AT&T. On top of all that he took the time to help me set up my cell phone. Superb service.

Friendly but incompetent staff, I waited over an hour to find out they did not have a nano Sim that I need, I would recommend not going or call your head although it would take a lot of time to get a hold of the staff to ensure they have the services that you need,, no disrespect to the staff they are friendly but as I said incompetent

Your employee Ahmad was completely useless. the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. He told me I better get out of that area since I was a trump supporter. I have been with att for over 16 years. And get borderline threaded by your employee. I am about to now leave att over this one enter action.

I have been to this location on more than a dozen locations, hands down the most knowledgeable AT&T staff around. The manager, Brian Cochran, is a complete class act; the man goes above and beyond for his clients. Thanks again for the great service, will be referring friends to this location.

I have been calling daily for 2 weeks, left messages the first week. No one answers the phone, or calls back if you leave a message. They moved and now they suck. Just called again they are open, no one answered the phone again.

One word to describe my experience at this at&t location in Lockport would be perfection. Every worker was quick to greet me and solve the issue that I had. Anyone with at&t must go to this store.

Great experience! Brian Cochran provided outstanding customer service. I usually dread going into the cell phone stores. Brian had me on my way within minutes. Also had a very impressive beard.

I have been trying for days to get a hold of someone at the store. No one there knows how to pick up the phone. Dont go to them. Dont wast your time.
