What a joke - i stopped in to pre-order the Note 7 phone and was told it would be shipping on the 17th of August and at that time is when the downpayment of 69.99 would be charged to my card so I allotted that money based on a paycheck ending this week. Come to my surprise that the phone shipped early and yet that wasnt the problem necessarily it was the face that it wasnt 69.99 charged early it was 112.45 charged early. This money was coming directly out of my checking account so what Id like to know is who would have been responsible had something bounced. On my documentation it shows shipping on the 17th. I was given UPS tracking numbers but it still hasnt made it to the UPS facility so why are they taking my money early as well. I call the manager of this Lincolnshire location and all he could say was "all I can say is Im sorry this happened to you". It was his employees that gave me incorrect information and he didnt seem to care. Ive had so many problems since I switched to Tmobile from the first day on

I recently visited this T-Mobile location to open four new accounts. The employees were extremely patient and helpful. Without exaggerating, we were there from 11 am till 6 pm-- the employees helped us smoothly transition between Sprints service to their own. I cannot thank them enough for offering such quality care and service. When we thought we had figured everything out, my dads phone had some issues again and we went back almost an hour before closing time: THAT SAME DAY!. To my understanding between my family and other clients the employees skipped lunches but nonetheless kept things flowing to the best of their abilities. They even kept working past closing time so that we could have everything set and done.

Sadly I love T-mobile as a company but they have the likelihood of not knowing anything about the products they sell. I came in with a problem and the employee there tried figuring out the basics of what is wrong. I understand the majority of people dont bother looking for their own solutions but I would have loved that the person would notice my level of knowledge and ask or solve the problem on a more expert level. I just hope this changes but I may be keeping my hopes up.

Store manager threaten and humiliated me in front of other customers. I dont know what I was thinking by going to that store instead of one on Rt.60. I had to call my attorney, to see what my options are and then call police, so I could safely exit store with my phone that I came with. I dont think that someone in their right state of mind should ever go there, no matter what the positive reviews they read about this store on any website.

I read the other reviews and was a little worried about going to this T-Mobile store. I came in and the two employees were very friendly and helpful. I needed a new SIM card and one of the men found my account and added a new SIM card to my new phone for me. He also checked to make sure it was working properly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was a great experience.

When I had hardware problem with my smart phone and honestly got ready to pay something for getting it fixed salesperson here walked me through the best and completely free way of getting my smartphone replaced. They also advised me on the steps I had to do to safely carry information over from my old phone to the new one.

One star is rating this place to high. They need to learn how to treat their customers if they want to maintain their customers with t-mobile. Going to this location has made me consider paying the extra money to cancel my contract and leave t-mobile. Learn to talk nicely to your customers. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Bhushan nailed it. I was switching carriers, I had 1000 questions. He was polite, professional, went above and beyond. He knew about not only tmobile products and procedures, he knew about how to switch from ATT and how to work all Andriod features as well as iphone 5. Give him a raise now tmo.

The service is Terrible. I am not sure why they give so much attitude when I am willing to go to their store just for simple upgrade. I want to give them business and they seemed annoyed by that! Never going back there again. I am glad I walked away.

Experience was Ok with the service, the sales man was not aware of problem with phone, actually i later figured out issue was with IOS8 i got a patch today after that it started working with 8.0.2.
