I had been with sprint for 10 years, now this store closes at 9 I went there at 815 waited till 9 and when someone finally acknowledged my presence 1. He wouldnt let me explain my issue just assumed 2. As I was speaking to him he checks his watch! I said " Im sorry am I taking time away from doing your job?" He peoceeds to tell me that "We close at 9" I understand and I was there at 815, as I explain my issue he pretty much told me there was nothing he could do! Now my phone was completely unresponsive when I went to Apple they told me the phone was not made by Apple since it was refurbished they could not work on it, thats where my frustration began I was paying insurance monthly on my iPhone 6 the screen had cracked paid my $250 deductible and received a new phone and 3 months later this issue came about I wanted to insure since Im continuing to pay for the first Apple certified phone and insurance I didnt want another refurbished phone so that I was not inconvinced once again this gentleman was so rude and not helpful what so ever it made my decision to switch carriers and now I am with AT&T and I am so glad the service is so much better and you always have LTE wherever you go. To top it off I went back to the sprint store to get this gentlemans name from another representative and simply said " I was here a few nights ago and a gentleman helped me he was older bald , what is his name?" He hesitated and told me "Phil" I looked at their business cards upfront and not a single card said Phil so I called and played nice and was finally told his name Ron I am very disappointed and they have lost a loyal customer which is unfortunate. Sprint is the scummy used car salesman of phone carriers!

Terrible store experience and terrible company. Ive been a customer for close to 10 years, and used this store for our needs for the last few years. They scammed us, opened another phone line without explaining it to us, and then we got charged an additional $65/ month for 3 months, a year after they say this phone line was supposedly added! Sprint customer service is offering $50 credit for the $197 they over charged me, and I went to the store to see if theyd help since this all started with them. They were totally unwilling to help, and totally unconcerned about my situation they put me. A year and a half ago they say we opened another phone line, and it was on hold till now, and then I get billed for it, and no one with Sprint thinks this is a problem. All I want is a refund for being overcharged $65/month for 3 months, for something I never asked for, or used. I guess Im just unreasonable.

Unbelievable. And the arrogance. Now, the issue at this date is there is epidemic of Sprint SIM cards incompatible to iPhone 7. These jags lectured that I shouldve bought a back up phone. Then told me the problem is MINE, not theres. I drove from Wisconsin tonight having been to two other stores in Milwaukee and Racine. They act like that is business as usual. That a guy with a business account wants to drive around for 6 hours after three days with no phone service after also having it replaced by Apple who said they ALSO have seen this issue with Sprint SIMs. And this store plays dumb...yet the other stores are out of SIMs because of having no other recourse but to hand out SIMs.

The worst nightmare you will have if you get a plan or phone from these people these people they will lie to you and lie to you and lie to you they will say anything just to get you Sprint has the worst cell phone company thats up there please do not do business with these people Ive been having problems with this company since day one every time they said they will call me back they never call me back and everytime I call they already fired the manager or the person that was helping me its not longer working there anymore so nobody will help you ever

The only thing I can tell you is do not by phone of plans from this people they will lie to you to get you in and when you got problems its spring will not help because this store is not spring its a retailer for spring and when you got problem they will not help you they lying to you they will lie to you I be having problems with these people since I got my phones 4 months ago and I still got problems please do not do business with these people I guarantee you will have problems with them

I went to the sprint in gurnee mills extra long wait I could tell the person didnt really want to help me. I got a phone paid the activation fees and was told it was activatived and of course it wasnt. I had to call customer service myself. Plus I told repair person my phone isnt changering and if does battery dies out fast was told I just needed to update my phone sill having the same issue. Called customers services and was told they have to fix the problem or give me another aphone.

The service guy Ron at this store is awesome! very helpful polite and knowledgeable. He got our G5 backup and running fast. The other customer service reps where also very polite despite having to work in hot conditions in the mall. The HVAC winter to sprint transition. We have phones that do incredible things but we still cant keep a constant temperature in a mall store. welcome to the 21st century! Terrible. I bought an iphone 6s from sprint and it keeps saying no service so Ive had to come this location 5 times already because its the only repair center near me. I have to make a 30 min drive just so they can tell me they dont have itunes. So i keep telling them that when i try and plug it into itunes at home it still doesnt want to activate. The phone is inssured and they want to charge me another 200 if they cant fix it. Worst sprint store ive been to.

This sprint store in the mall is Great! They Always go out of their way to help me if im ever having an issue. I was having issues with my device and Robin and Bill helped me resolve the issues within 30mins and my phone has been working great ever since. since then i have had an issue with another phone on my account and i called robin on her day off and she still helped me! this is the type of customer service i like!

Customer service sucks!!!! They didnt/dont let you finish answering the questions they asked, help multiple people at one time, wont answer a question asked, and are RUDE a.f.!!!!!! UPDATE: found out the rudest one is an assistant manager! Company needs some SERIOUS help. We have been customers since 2011 and will be taking a step back in evaluating if it is really worth keeping their service.

Apparently they only have one tech, and hes "sick today" and theyre not sure when hell return... Supposedly only a tech is aloud to do anything for your preexisting phone... Even order a replacement phone... We were sent from another sprint store to here, drove 45 minutes and they can do nothing for my broken phone... Very unhappy with this location...
