I wish i could give no stars. Worst Shopping experience ever. I went here with my best friend for her baby registry. It started at the service desk, my friend asked for assistance fixing the registry. The lady says "I dont deal with that." I asked for a scanner and she just places it on the counter along with a diaper bag with some items and walks off. She didnt explain anything just sat the items on the counter. We were in the store and passed about 7 employees along the way, not 1 person spoke, or asked if we needed assistance. Move on to the register. Again we got no greeting. We check out and my friend gets cash back, $40 to be exact. The man counts out 20 one dollar bills. We ask "do you have any larger bills?" He replies "NO" , we say you need a new drawer. He just gives us a blank stare. Again she request larger bills, he just says I dont have anything else. Then he picks up his cell phone and starts texting. Didnt hand us the bag, no have a nice day, NOTHING. I live right up the street so it was my idea to go here. Never again. I will never shop here again. As a matter of fact we arent even gonna use the registry for the shower. Customer service was horrible. There is no way every employee in this store should have walked past and not acknowledged us. TARGET WILL NOT GET MY MONEY AGAIN.

To begin I must say Im biased because I was employed with this store at what time hence the extra star. But perhaps in reality it truly deserves four stars. The staff or employees if you will they are very courteous understanding and Incredibly helpful to elderly people. The management genuinely cares about the performance of their employees there for producing great moral amongst themselves which paved the way too great customer service. As well as employee satisfaction with their job. This particular store is the very first one in the entire state of Wisconsin its been around 35 + years. No for its Pharmacy I wouldnt know mu because I never utilized it but from experience working with them (pharmacist and technicians) this stores Pharmacy consistently performs well. The food court Within, isnt that great but its incredibly convenient When shopping for several hours and in need of a warm snack. By the way always pay attention to their Weekend sales, because they generally are ridiculously incredible for example when Soda goes on sale you can get 5 12 packs for $10 thats every other two weeks.

Department stores are not like they used to be, especially since I grew up walking to such places as Southgate Mall, Point Loomis mall just to name a few. Ive never been lazy to get off my duff to go to a store to actually shop for something I can put in my hands to touch and see product I want instead of waiting for it to ship basically just looking at a picture of it. Todays society is the laziest Ive ever seen and to experience the pathetic lack of service and poor attitude of the younger generation that also lacks a lot. I ended up sort of finding what I was looking for. The person that checked me out for my purchase was a rare customer oriented individual that seemed to like what she was doing job wise. The new generation definitely does not know how to count change back to the customer, moreover. Im really gonna miss the older generation that really had morals and family values.

Horrible customer service. Came in to do an even exchange on a box of diapers since I grabbed the wrong size. I was told by employee 1 that they could just be switched out no problem. Employee 2 then said that could not be done and they they would have to be returned and I would have to then purchase the correct size. Normally this would not be a problem, however they were only going to give me $22 when I paid $27. When I asked to speak with a manager employee 2 claimed they were the manager although they had no name tag designating them as a manager. I have never had this issue in the past with Target, it has just been a quick exchange and then I was on my way. Extremely disappointed in how I was treated and spoken to by employee 2. I will not be back to this Target and I will be encouraging other moms to do the same.

All targets are the same but its the impression the employees leave on the customers that can cause a negative review like this. This store opens at 8am but if you get here at 7:50am you can watch all the employees lingering by the door. Many of them are getting in there last minute smoke before the manager opens the door for them at 7:59am. What the manager doesnt see is the employees throwing there lit half smoked cigarettes on the ground in front of the store. This is just gross and then I have to walk through smoke smell on the way in at 8am. Its also called littering. The garbage you throw on the ground including cigarette butts dont magically disappear. Have a little pride in where you work and keep it clean.

Customer service is horrible. The lady in charge of the front spoke to me like I was stupid or something and instead of trying to answer my question, she was looking around the register like she was too busy to answer me. When she said anything back, she replied with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and like she was annoyed of me asking her any question. This is not the first time Ive had bad experience here. I keep giving them chances to improve on their customer service but no improvement. I dont plan on shopping at this Target any more.

As a team member at a nearby Target to this store, I found it rather interesting that there were no self-checkouts. Simultaneously, I now of the cashiers asked about Cartwheel or mentioned the REDCard let alone inform guests about the fact that there is a debit card version. The cashier I went to just said "hi" and "you have a good day." No attempt to build a rapport with the guest. Other than that, the sales floor (hardlines/softlines/grocery) were up to Target standards.

Terribly rude phone etiquette. Was hung up on twice. The woman I talked to repeatedly mumbled off something about some toy not being available. I asked her what she was talking about and she said with an annoyed voice, "who put you on hold?" I said, "no one, you are the first person Ive talked to." I told her I didnt appreciate the attitude and she hung up on me. Thanks for the great customer service.

Need update in everything even the employees. They are always rude and never want to price match anything. Every time I try to price match they always say that the store policy says this and that but yet when I ask for prof of where it says such thing they say "its just a rule!" Or "we dont know where our policy book is!"

Great selection! Great to Very Good prices.......... Always great service!! .......... Love shopping at both the Franklin Store(just off Southern Highway 100) and the West Allis store (also just off Highway 100)! Had to return a smart phone there once, due to carrier signal problems, they were JUST A GREAT HELP!
