Great service, solid selection, straight forward. Got my car battery checked for free. Staff even helped clean off the metal bits with some extra battery cleaner they had and put on an anti oxidation sealant so my battery will last longer. They also explained what all the numbers meant on the car battery test. Additionally I bought a new garage door opener battery. The staff found the correct battery and replaced it for me at low cost and very speedy. My garage door opener range has been extended significantly and I now feel confident about the state of my car. Highly recommended location!

My wife went on the internet to pre-order a videocam battery I needed for a job the next morning. I went into the store on my way to the job, picked up the battery, and was on my way in minutes. Great transaction and went quickly. The one issue was that I had no idea if the battery would actually be in stock until I got to the store, but in this instance, it went perfectly.

From Mary Grenier... I ordered a car battery online - very user friendly... my order was processed immediately and when I got to the store the battery was waiting for me at the register. My battery was sitting on the counter, the clerk was very slowly helping another customer. He called back to have the other clerk help him with his customer. That clerk helped him, then went into the back again. It took me 15 minutes to pick up an order that was sitting on the counter. I will go to Battery Depot from now on!

Was in a real pinch. Car dead battery 8pm Wed night. I got online ordered a new battery, drove to the noted store, and had the battery carried to my SUV. Great, great customer service!! The battery also has worked great since!! Thanks Battery Plus!! Mark

Ordered a laptop battery online that is not normally stocked. Staff kept me posted on when they expected it, and even let me test it before leaving. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Terrible service! Placed order online on 6/9 and battery not available for pickup until 6/20, even though they "had plenty at the warehouse ". Zero follow-up. I had to call them at least 4 times and never received a call back.
