the sale is great (this location closing) and quantity is very limited, but I got an $80 blazer, two pair of dress slacks ($40 each) and a dress shirt w/tie ($30) all for my son, for the amazing marked-down price (w/tax) of $59!!! I would have gotten two other shirts that were balled up inside the bag - WITHOUT TIES (that were supposed to be included) but the salesperson was very uncooperative and wouldnt give me an additional discount, so I left them!!! 15% wouldnt have hurt to give a loyal customer!! Instead she was going to snatch two ties off other shirts - I wasnt supposed to be there, as I was already in a rush to be somewhere else BUT I HAD TO STOP BY JCPENNEY!! This really put a bad taste in my mouth!! Besides this, I would have given 5stars!!! #CUSTOMERSERVICEISKEY

Store is closing. Even with the current 40% off everything, some prices are higher than a regular JCP sale price. Its 40% off MSRP price. No wonder they are failing. Nobody will play these pricing games nowadays. Cheap products overall. No reason to shop at any JCP. They wanted $57 for a cheapo nylon kids lunch bag. Wow

This store is very well maintained, clean, and organized. It isnt packed with overflowing racks of clothing like some of the mall stores. Check online before you get in line--there is almost always some kind of coupon you can use from your phone at the register.

I love this JCPenneys because you do not need to go to a mall. Has great prices on almost everything. If you have their credit card to get great discounts. Including buy $10 worth and get $10 off. Cant beat free :-)

Appliance department is top notch! Yes jcpenny has a beyond helpful and knowledgeable appliance staff. Check for sales and you will not be disappointed! Less than Sears, Frys, Costco and ABT...
