On 3/28/2015 which is my birthday. I running around like crazy trying to ready for my birthday party. I had prevously purchased my fabric for a skirt i wanted to wear that day. As im running around my children scoop my up and take me to dinner( not ready) too much time tooken away.. and i couldnt tell my babies No.. So while at Carrabbas in woodrigde trying to enjoy dinner knowning i only have fabric no skirt ... there is a jo-ann fabric store across the way.. its like 8.00 evening and my party startes at nine not to mention im and hour away... so i go to the fabric counter trying to hold my composure...as i explain to this angel what i need and she explained to me there was nothing i could do until she suggested safety pins ..she also stated her mother is turning over.. for that suggestions. i assumed mom was a seemtress ..but luckly the safety pins worked and i had a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY.... THANK YOU SO MUCH

Very nice place for crafting supplies. Not just a fabric store but more like a Michaels or Hobby Lobby with aisles and aisles of home craft gear and materials. Of course they still have loads of fabric and often on sale. If you cant find what youre looking for, ask for assistance because they likely have it somewhere (fabric section could be a little better organized). This is a great option for your craft needs and highly recommended.

Me and my husband have never sewed anything and had so many novice questions, but Susan was very nice and walked through the store with us helping us picking out needed supplies. Whenever we come in we always receive great customer service whether it be help with fabric or using coupons. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed at the lack of helpfulness from the employees. Asking for help is like pulling teeth at....a customer shouldnt have to convince store employees to help them look for something or look something up.

This is among the best to places for your craft needs. We celebrate Ganesh festival in Chicago and we buy all our decoration needs only from this store. If you are a craft freak then this is the store for you.

One of the cashiers was very rude she made a costumer go back from the cashier to a longer line to cut fabric and told them they didnt follow the procedure so every one could hear. I am NEVER coming back .

Asked to get three pieces cut that were 1/3 of a yard. Cherly said that they do not do custom cuts which that request was not. Terrible store. Terrible employee.
