The customer service SUCKS !! So bad . The lady was rude And literally had an attitude emotionally and physically . I dont know her name But she had braids . DO NOT work in customer service if you do not like people . This is the first time i expierence this here and the last time ill be coming here . DAVE BENDER I HOPE YOUR READING THIS . Put newlenox in check . There not representing you very well . I was not being a rude customer & dont feel its fair to get treated like a BOTHER to someone whom id be giving some type of comission too . She needs to be looking to work in a different field where she isnt surrounded by people so she can have an attitude all by her lonesome .

I had an extremely horrible experience. Customer service is, at most, sub par. I went in to activate a new phone and transfer everything. The woman who was there was vomiting in front of all the customers and was extremely rude. She was supposed to be training a gentleman that clearly needed her help (he told me it was his 4th day). He had to work through all customer problems by himself. He was very nice, however she was horrible. Went to the Frankfort location and everything was resolved within 20 minutes. Go to Frankfort, they will help you.

Couldnt solve my billing issue there, had pin to account but because I didnt own the line I couldnt take care of it, went to Frankfort sprint and they were able to help me.

Not a corporate Sprint store. If you are having any sort of problem with your service or phone, the staff cannot and will not help.
