This is the WORST ever Sprint store i have visited in my Life. I have purchased 2 I-Phones in 1+1 offer and also Added a IPAD as additional Line in the month of JUNE 2016 under the Promotion of Each Line $100/- credit. The Stroe guys have never gave the CREDIT and Instead even after Multiple Followups, They are NOT responding. The Store Manager Shana, She never Picks up the calls and never calls back. Always says, she is working with the Regional Manager to get the credit and I have never received. The store employees never give the phone call to the Manager on duty and never pass the Message to the Manager Shana! EVEN i have called the Sprint Customer care for the same issue, mutliple times and They are helpless. They are just TYPICAL sales people, Who Will come up with FALSE PROMISES TO SELL THEIR devices.

i went in there yesterday for a charger justice was very helpful he lives up to his name hahaha and patty was very friendly to me also i had a good experience will be back ohhh and p.s people dont buy chargers from the guy upstairs near the food court he will not refund your money and his chargers dont work

Worst service ever. One of the employees Patty was extremely rude to me. Never even asked me questions and rushed me once i said i would come back another day.
