I also wish I could give this store 0 stars. Have been here a few times, only because it was the closest one to me at the time of need. Part 1: They literally stole from me: Most recently I went in because I needed a SIM card which you can get for free if they have them in stock. They proceeded to check the back for the SIM card, and said they may not have any. Then they came out and asked for my phone. I gave it to them assuming they found a card. I sat there for 7 minutes and still nothing. Why would they take my phone if they didnt have a card? They finally came back and said they didnt have one. So I left. When I got in the car I noticed my phone was off...so I turned it on. My home screen was back to factory settings, my contacts were still there but my personal profile was deleted, and they had stolen my Tech Armour screen protector that I had. What...the...f***? A SIM card requires you to turn the phone off, insert the card, and turn it back on. Thats it. But settings were changed, I had to recreate my personal profile, and sign into my google account again. And they stole from me. Part 2: Was there once and had called ahead of time to see if I could get my upgrade a day early, while it was the only day my account manager could come with me. I talked with the manager on the phone and he said it would be no problem. We walk in and he says he was the only one there that morning, and he didnt get a phone call from me and I must have been lying to him. I showed him my call history, of which I called that store for 6 minutes, and he still gave me bulls***. All in all...I will NEVER be going back to this store. The service is terrible, they quite possibly hack into peoples accounts, and they steal from people. Just, horrible.

Went their twice, once a Saturday to try out some phones, and once on a Thursday to pick up an order. Saturday, somebody helped me almost right away and was nice enough to show me some demos. However, one phone was not charged so it was impossible to make a comparison between the two. Thursday was far worse. Only two employees were working at 5:15 and one was staffed at the tech desk. After telling her I had been waiting for 30 minutes with no offer to help at all, she found my order, but passed me to the rep who was _still_ waiting on a customer. Checking me out would have taken 2 minutes of her time but she did not make more of an effort. Finally, a third employee came to start his shift and had me out of there shortly after, not before it took an hour of standing around with no help. No apology from the rep who obviously knew I had been twiddling my thumbs for an hour. Wont be going back after that terrible service, not to talk to anyone at least.

Demetrius setup our service. My fiancé was told he would receive his Sharp Aquos in two business days. Five days later- still no phone. On the other hand, my phone (on the same plan) kept telling me to find a direct line to the sky if I wanted to track my run. This message appeared while I was standing in the middle of a beach. Doesnt get more direct than that. So we went back to Demetrius and asked him to cancel our sevice. Supposedly, he did that. Today (8/9/15), more than a month later, were receiving emails telling us that we owe Sprint more than 100 dollars. For a phone I used for five days (and then returned) and a phone which my fiancé never received! When we called customer service, we were asked for our security questions and passcode. We posses neither; because Demetrius evidently set those up for us without our knowledge. We are EXTREMELY disappointed in the service and the customer care. And we will never recommend Sprint to anyone.

Wish i could give them zero stars. worst customer service ever! walked in and waited 40 minutes before i was serviced and watched as they serviced people that walked in after me. They didnt even acknowledge me. when they finally assisted me, i said that i was having problems with my phone and they said that it was a 3-4 hour wait. I said that was fine and I could wait (this was at 2:30pm). At 7:00 I called and asked what the status was and they said they hadnt been able to access my apple ID so they hadnt done anything. I had left a call back number, so they should have called me. however, I gave them the code and she just hung up. didnt even say goodbye or give me a time to pick up. waited until 8 and called again only to find out that they had closed. 3-4 hours my ass. Still dont know whats going on with my phone as i have to wait until they open at 10. In the future I will drive out of my way to go to a different location.

I came in to inquire about transferring my phone from a personal account to a business account. The person I got paired up with was little to no help. Directed me to a website to fill out a form. Instead of offering to call into customer support to finish the transfer of my phone line in store, he sends me off with a general number to call. I have wasted over 1.5 hours of being a hold, being wrongly transferred and even hung up on. I still have not been able to complete the transfer of my phone number and the only people Ive met through Sprint with a slight willingness to help has been their twitter handle. Honestly, think twice before going with Sprint. They lack in customer service and when you call in, you get the run around quite often. This store location seemed reluctant to help also, which continues to feed into Sprints incompetency with basic customer questions/situations. -Michael

Came in around 7:00 pm with three people working there. Two of the guys, including the store manager were flirting with the two ladies, separately. Finally, after I said something to my wife out load that we had been there for 45 minutes, we were helped. The store manager who helped us, didnt even say sorry or answered our questions. I called Sprint the next day and filed a complaint. They said they will look into matter. This place sucks and the manager is the worse. Went to best buy the next day and we waited only 5 minutes and the manager apologized. This place needs to fire the two guys, including the manger, who rather flirt than help his customers.

This is the 2nd time Ive come to this location and the guys working here are SO helpful. They helped me lower my bill based on my usage history, they helped install device protection items even if I didnt buy it in the store, they helped me get discounts on my monthly bill and enroll in perks programs based on my banking at a credit union, they helped me order an item from a manufacturer that I had under warranty even though it meant no money for Sprint (as far as I can tell), they answered stupid questions I had about random devices, they remembered me over a month after coming the first time. Great experiences from Steven and Kenneth! Thanks!
