Rudest manager! Rushes through his work and doesnt give proper information on who is over him when it comes to speaking to his supervisor. Went in because my s6s screen went black over night, the manager that checked the device (Jay Gran) the name he gave me, immediately said there was corrosion in the charge port so it voided the insurance. I told him my issue wasnt my phone charging BUT THE SCREEN, but according to him they were unable to charge it at the store, the phone was less than 2 months old without a single scratch on it and the screen turned black, but i was still recieving calls and alerts. I told him to check the screen and he refused to help.When i asked for a second opinion, he told me that there was no one i could speak to, that his desition was final and if i wasnt paying the 150 that he wasnt pulling the 150 out of his pocket to fix my phone and refused to assist me any futher. When i got home with the phone i plugged it in to my charger and the phone started charging immediately. So i took it back to the store to show him that my screen was the issue not the charge and he, didnt even bother to look at it again said that with the corrosion in the charge port it voided the insurance and I still needed to pay the 150. He then asked me to leave his store becuase i was obviously upset about his attitude and lack of customer service, i told him i was gonna have a seat to call customer service to get the second opinion, and he actually threatened to call the police (at no moment was i a threat to this guy in anyway) he got upset when i tried going over him for a second opion. I peacefully left the store before he made a fool of both of us. I immediately take my phone to the store on Miller park! (Best customer sevice experience ever) thanks to felicia and mark!! Any way guess what? Got the second opinion i was looking for. Screen was the problem! Replaced it, and guess what Jay?? The 150 that you were demanding...they didnt need it there...so your diagnosis on that device was WRONG! Store on miller park has better employee that actually knw what theyre talking about i highly recommend you going there instead of 27th st.

A hole of a store. Worst experience ever. Rudest manager and ended up having to go to sprint. They contacted the store and apologized about they "made a mistake" and if I came in they would correct it right away. Came in and the manager must have had amnesia as he no longer remember that the corporate office had to call. I gave him the codes they gave me about the call and he still did not fix it (or do anything). Had to call the corporate office again and they even admitted they have had a large number of complaints against the store and it will be addressed and offered me credit in my account for what the store cheated me. . Seems not as people obvious have been scammed for years by this place. Go elsewhere, better yet dont use sprint. Wish they had negative star ratings as its shameful a business is run with such uncaring people, and sprint clearly knows about it. The monopolies care less as they know you need a phone. People need to boycott these scum places as the corporations only care if it hits them in the wallet..

I had a wonderful experience at the sprint store today.. I had a gentleman by the name of Martavious Oliver helping me out.. I wasnt sure if I should get a phone today but he really went out of his way he even stayed past his shift to help me. "He told me he would help me out and I would walk out of the store with everything that I wanted".. i was able to active two phones as well as a tablet today ...I am so happy and will definitely return back to this store...awesome service... Great people all around.. I recommend this sprint store to anyone!! Thanks Martavious!

If I could rate zero stars I would, I returned two leased phones here at location two months ago. They were supposed to send to sprint didnt first management said employee stole phones had police incident next they said they recovered phones Ive yet to recieve credit for them I was charged by sprint for not returning them. HORRIBLE MANAGER DIRK DISTRICT MANAGER NEVER CONTACTED ME, STORE MANAGER EVAN LIED TO ME SAID I WOULD BE CREDITED IN 7 DAYS, HAVE CONTACTED BBB ON THIS AND TAKEN LEGAL ACTION...PLEASE DONT BUY OR VISIT THIS STORE SAVE YOUR TIME.....THIEFS

When I upgraded to the iPhone 7 it wouldnt download the info from my old phone so the sales rep downloaded for it for me through the computer which took more time. The store closed at 8 and she stayed well after to make sure everything switched over to the new iPhone. Im so thankful for her and her and Jose were great company while I waited. They are real , not fake nor uppidity. I rather go to this location hands down!

Customer service was amazing. Super helpful but most importantly very polite, friendly and professional. From now on, that is my go to sprint store if I have any questions or concerns. Jaylin Braggs was really helpful. Thank you for your service.. another gal helped me too the next day but didnt catch her name. They are all really nice. Thank you all.

I was there today and was pleasantly greeted by all the staff in the show floor. Martavious Oliver and a new young lady helped me. We got 2 upgrades and a ipad. I had a lot of fun and lowered my bill. Go check them out.
