Horrible! I dont make it a habit to speak badly about businesses, but I may as well have been asking a zucchini for help. I went in because my phone had inexplicably shut off and froze. I was waiting for a customer call and anxious (but very polite) to get it back up and running. All three staff stared like I had sprouted another head. Finally one snottily asked if I had tried plugging it in, taking the battery out, etc. She suggested that I look online for a used phone (the phone I had at the time was not even offered for sale anymore). No thank you. I went straight to the Sprint store in Round Lake on Rt. 83 and had a brand new Galaxy S3 in moments. Dont waste your time and frustration on them!

Dont know whether i should love or hate this place.. Thanks to the supervisor Anthony i was misinformed on more than a few policies. Lied to repeatedly. And he refused to do a return which was within the grace period because on friday they only focus on sales hahaha. But once i got a hold of corporate they pretty much agreed that he was mad that he got checked for lying to me and they gave me what i needed plus more. So anthony learn your stuff and thank you for misinforming me so corporate could compensate and give me more than what i asked for.

First of all Id just like to say how glad I am that my wife and I decided to visit this location. I walked in with troubles with my phone and the staff was quick to help me out and check out my account. They hooked us up with new phones and accessories at a great price. The staff was extremely patient, and knowledgeable about everything. Im extremely glad I decided to stop in and visit this store!!

I have no Idea what the 2 people on this google review are talking about. Anthony and the whole staff are absolutely fantastic. They saved me money on my bill and helped me find the perfect phones for my whole family. They were super patient with me and my family. Erik also hooked it up on my phone case and Bluetooth! Thank you guys

The sales rep is very welcoming. He helped me determine which phone was right for my 11 year old daughter and i was on a very tight budget and he definitely got me a great deal on some accessories. Thank you Sprint but most importantly thank you Erick!

This repair center is far better than the one in gurnee and runs circles than the one of in lincolnshire. The staff is polite.. when they want to be but overall good experience
