Stopped in 02/05/2011 to pick up a few things. There were two people working. One was working on setting up a phone, the other was helping a customer find an item. We were acknowledged and told wed be helped ASAP. No problem. Ten minutes later, were still standing there. The employee whod acknowledged us had helped her customer find what he needed and was casually chatting about iPhone 4 accessories with the previous customer and obviously fishing for more of a sale. Our issue is not that we had to wait, we were fine with that (within reason), but that she wasnt engaged in actually helping the customer and could have easily taken a minute out to ring us out instead of leaving us standing at the counter for 10+ minutes.

I go to this RS often, so I stopped in yesterday for some parts and i found that the whole place had a different atmosphere; brighter and cleaner and more organized. Talked to a nice gentleman who works there and he said that they were very excited about their new manager Sonja? who was already turning things around and that things are already improving a great deal! I hope so; well see.

Called over the phone for a auxiliary cable. Spoke with Devin, best customer service I have experienced in a while. I own my own business and try my hardest to satisfy every single customer. Devin did a terrific job. I had lost faith in retail service but not here. Keep up the good work. Thanks again

Visited this store twice in recent days, and service was excellent both times. The selection of electronic components was better than expected, tho not like I remember as a kid, of course. The quality of tools I bought (a third hand, a solder sucker) was surprisingly high.

Poor service went there twice waited at the checkout before wandering to the back room to get one of the two or three employees who were just chatting and then had to decide who was going to ring me up.
