They certainly replace broken or cracked glass on cell phones and when the job is complete the device is usable. The problem with this establishment is their lack of professionalism. Theyre very shady. I didnt feel like this was a secure business to give my money to. They dont give you any information. they had no literature in regards to how their business goes about replacing your devices glass, as a matter of fact, they had no literature at all. The replacement glass they use is of poor quality. The glass they use constantly smudges and attracts dust and oil whereas the glass used by the manufacturers glass has a layer of coating to prevent such experiences. Dont expect your device to be back to manufacturers standards. The job itself was pretty shotty. Light bleeds through the touch-key lights at the bottom of the device and projects out onto the screen. They were far too secretive and almost weary about giving too much information on the process. They dont even mention that they arent liable for any damages incurred during the refurbishing process. Instead, they tell you to sign a receipt to ensure pickup but on that receipt is the fine print for no liability. In all, they do a fairly decent job even in consideration of the steep price tag of $160. If the personnel at the establishment were more open about how they go about fixing the device, this review would have seen at least a star up.

I have given my Samsung Galaxy phone to fix the charger port. They claimed to have fixed the issue, which they did, but did not care to check for other issues, before giving it to me. The Volume stopped working after they have fixed it. It was a Saturday evening and by the time i have checked it, they were closed. Unfortunately, i had to move out of Illinois on Sunday and when i have called them on MOnday, they simply said, they cannot do anything about it since it was not their part. But the main issue is that they have NOT CARED to check if everything was working when they have given the phone. They have simply given the phone without checking if everything was working. Please make sure you check your phone before leaving the store.

NEVER EVER. I been there couple times to change usb port. First just to show them phone to order parts. They change the port but broken the microphone. I called them so they told me i have to come again. They checked the phone order parts one more time call me during the week they have parts but when i stopped at saturday they did not have. Finally after couple times they changed but right now i have problem with signal, i did not have any problems with phone other than usb before. I dont know their tech is good enough to change batteries in kids toys

One word: phenomenal! These guys fixed in a few minutes what I struggled with for days. My kids broke off part of a splitter in the headphone jack. For two days I struggled and cursed as I failed miserably using the Bic pen and Q-Tip methods demonstrated on YouTube. I finally caved and brought it into CPR. Using a special tool, they cleanly removed the broken headphone plug and had me out of there in 15 minutes with my iPad back in perfect condition. Cant thank them enough. These guys have a customer for life.

Used them a year ago, they were supposed to change the screen of my Sony, and they did, but broke the back cover in the process, and had to replace it. Then lost my SIM card tray and I had to wait for them to buy a new one to replace it. This year I had another broken screen, but didnt use their help because they upped the price almost twice. I did pay for the screen replacement with my parts $35 a year ago, this year they wanted $65. Kinda ridiculous to lose a client like that...

Went there to get my screen fixed on my Samsung Galaxy S4. They fixed the screen but when I went to charge my phone, it said that the battery temperature was too low to charge. I brought it back and then they fixed it to allow it to charge. I then tried to make a phone call but the other person could not hear me. I brought it back again to get my microphone fixed and they fixed it. Now my phone wont turn on or charge. Need to bring back again to get this fixed now.

My family is close with the family that owns Cell Phone Repair, And in the past they have been okay with repairing screens and water damage. But I just recently sent in my PlayStation 4 to get the HDMI input fixed. It worked but know the controllers are not connecting with the PlayStation and everything has a huge Lag and Delay. The owner Fernando is fine but the employees did a terrible job on my PS4

After seeing the negative reviews of the mall screen replacement kiosks, I brought my sons cracked iPhone here on a Sunday evening. They were more expensive but have an excellent warranty and do great work. They fixed it while we waited and had my son operate all the functions to make sure it was working properly. The phone works great and they are very nice people!

Stopped by here to get some quick cellphone sim help. Couldnt be happier. If youre expecting this to be as big-brother as AT&T or Verizon...youll be surprised. This place is sort of how the rest of the world operates with regards to cell phones. As in, they get the job done with low overhead. Store is clean and employee was helpful. Thanks, again, CPR!

I work for a multi-billion dollar company with a large IT dept. My carried is sprint, and I have Geek Squad Protection from best buy. I had security software that locked me out of my phone. All of the above failed me for almost a week before someone at Best But recommended CPR. Phone is now working.. No charge... Thanks CPR

Ive been there twice. Once for a Galaxy S4 screen repair and once for a Galaxy S6 Battery install (Sealed back, so you cant just take the cover off). Both times i was happy with the price, service, and speed. Ill continue going there in the future.
