My wife got a call as we were nearing the end of our payments for the tablet she got me last Christmas. They offered a great deal on a Wii U with no down payment and the first payment to be in January, as we had been talking about getting a game platform we decided to get it. Now comes the problem, on the box is a list of all the included components and they even told her everything was there. Got it home to find the power cord was missing. Called the next day and they gave us the power cord for the first model Wii which doesnt fit the Wii U. So we called them back and they have yet to call us back. The staff here are incompetent how can you sell technology and not know what youre doing. Theres supposed to be 10 items in the box, how difficult is it to count to 10? I will not give them repeat business.

this get it now in west allis is a POS! the manger is a d bag and they never order what you asked for and then when you want to return it they wont let you . it freaking sad ..
