I ordered a TV from these people the Wednesday before Memorial Day and received if the Wednesday after, halfway across the country. To get around tight daily spending limits on my debit card I had to split the payment up into three different payments on two different accounts. Remarkably, they didnt screw up. They shipped late Thursday afternoon, put a rush on the order, and got it to me just in time - I had explained to them earlier that I had packers scheduled to come on the day it was ultimately delivered. Pros: 1: Remarkably flexible in terms of payment and willing to rush package for same price. 2: Lowest prices on three models of televisions I was looking at, and wider variety of dualvoltage and 220v goods than any other American store Ive seen. Cons: 1: I have yet to receive an email response to any message sent to Samstores - If you have to do anything unusual or make any requests of them, do so over the phone. 2: Could likely have shipped non-rushed packages for lower price?

Sold me 2 frankensteined iPhone5s as "BRAND NEW" but included both a defective phone and 2 sets of knockoff apple (non-certified) accessories from china. One had an "ND" model number indicating it was a replacement phone and not new. Both phones had boxes that had reprinted labels that were obviously NOT created by Apple as they look like an inkjet printer made them. Samstores refused to refund our return shipping cost and the cost to replace the bogus accessories. They offered a fraction of the money we spent in a partial refund. Their customer service person called at 7am and berated us for filing a claim against them and proceeded to tell us our company was trying to scam them. What a joke! Bad business, dont buy anything from them.

Buyer beware. Bought a TV from this vendor that never had a TV picture after trying for 3 weeks to get it to work. Then they kept 30% of purchase prices as a restocking charge on an obviously defective item. Their customer service provides the runaround as much as possible. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office to let others know that this company has unscrupulous business practices. UPDATE: Good news, Samstores contacted me to remedy the situation and they showed in good faith that their customers are important to their business.

This store gave me everything in 220 volts products for the best price and service. Also there was no tax . I got a discounted shipping and everything was picture perfect. Some time you feel happy when you great deal to back you up with great service. Samstores make you fell that way. When we compared them with other stores. Honestly speaking we saved more than $1200.00 on my $6500 purchase of all my household appliances and some Televions we ordered. If you are looking for 220 volts product please check with them once before you buy anywhere.

Really Loved it!!! I was looking for region free dvd player to watch different language movies. Samstores has an amazing collection of dvd player with all features that I was in search of and that too in less than 200 bucks. Fraudulent store, gave me a run around for 5 days, never sent my item. Wanted more money, lied every time I got them on the phone, about shipping the item, no invoice or tracking was ever provided, tried to extort more money! Do yourself a favor, dont waste your time!

SCAM!!! if you want to throw your money, just burn it! rather than order anything from this company, you order and theyll send you either an open/used item or the wrong one (a cheaper, used one) and youll have a hard time returning/replacing the unit
