CAN I JUST SAY WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT THIS STORE TONIGHT? The apple representative (?) that helped me was Darryl! He was fantastic. I was trying to buy a macbook as a business purchase under my boss orders. I have bought a mac on this card before in February, so there shouldnt have been a problem. Anyways, I came to buy this computer around 8:30 PM. Immediately his customer service was great - he even explained RAM to me by using a real world example. (Im not technological at all). Anyways, swipe the card. And turns out he has to call and verify. Which he gladly spends twenty minutes doing only to find out that they are telling him I need to call the card directly myself and then he patiently waits another 20 minutes for me to do that. His shift was supposed to end at 9 PM. And yet, he stayed with me till 9:30 while I had the WORST experience with my card (business card) company where I had to have my boss call because they wouldnt authorize it for me. I have never seen anyone so patient, and honestly, I worked retail adn food service before and I personally would kill anyone that made me stay so late after my shift for something so STUPID. He did it happily, and was very kind, and calm about it. In fact, everyone closing the store was GREAT. They were all so friendly and truly made me feel not so bad about this awkward situation with my card company - btw, the purchase ended up being authorized after an HOUR. So what should have been a 10 second transaction ended up being an hour long process - and darryl was seriously great through it all - and so were the other employees that were closing and cleaning, very friendly, polite, happy, kind. SO THANK YOU. Ill be going here for all my geek squad and apple purchases, seriously!

Its about the store service and Apple products. I both the iPhone here in November 2014. For over 2 years I have to replace the battery twice and home button one time. Warranty for 700$ phone was just 3 month, what I believe is not enough. If you are producing top quality product, you dont have to worry about it and you can give 1,2,3 years warranty. But its not about Apple. I didnt accept updates on the phone for over a year, because I know what are they for. Until phone start live its own life. Right after IOS update my home button stop working and battery life was enough for 6-8hr, just day before it was 12-14hr. Here at Apple store they recommend me to buy new phone. Sure.. I replaced the battery and home button by myself, battery life was still about 8-9hr, what was not enough. Next battery was better. No complains for over a year, until phone start turning off by itself. Next IOS updates, no glitches but battery life twice lower and home button almost dont work. From this experience I can be sure 100%: when You do IOS update, its killing the phone. And smart Apple guys making it to You think the phone is old, and just go and by the new one. Why Toshiba laptop from Costco has 2 years warranty-24 months? And Apple iPhone just 3 months. Because Apple has enough crazy customers to do products of any quality, any way people will buy it. They know it, we let them to dont be responsible for their product. No more Apple in my home, its way overpriced for so low quality. Next time before to buy any Apple product, ask in the store, why warranty is just 3 month. Good luck everybody

Apple customer service and tech solution is horrible!!! Spent my past weekend with multiple people by phone for this location and the Naperville. I will never ever recommend using Apple iPhone. Had the worst experience ever. Phone issues since Friday with calling. I have the new iPhone and cant call and speaker sucks. All everyone tells me your next appointment available is one week or two weeks. Ok and we will charge you express with $700 if you cant wait that long. Obviously this is the iPhone not a customer that caused the iPhone to have technical errors. Seriously youre a multi billion dollar company and you tell me when its available to come in. People have jobs and cannot come in when you have your next availability. You should be accommodating the customer and your excellent service. All these repairs to my phone did not help and wanted to replace and this is the response to wait a week when I have only this phone to use. No thanks I will be retuning my iPhone to your company and take my satisfaction somewhere else. Define not happy with Apple. BBB will be hearing about the defective device I have and your horrible policy and procedures that take so long that does not help. Not excellent service at all. The rep on the phone did not even represent the Apple company well as she said if thats how you feel mam, go ahead. I would suggest anyone reads this to take your business elsewhere till they want to make you wait probably a month and tell you when to bring your phone in and not resolve your issues.

Horrible experience, and unresolved issues...Keep having to go up here to get my phone looked at. Three times within a 6month period Ive gone up here for them to look at and diagnose my phone. My battery has been draining extremely fast and for unknown reasons. First time, after waiting for over an hour "Genius" said just factory reset the phone it will start working again. he did the reset and I left, it seemed to have temporarily fixed the issue. few months later same issue pops up, I go back. After waiting again for an hour+ the next "Genius" runs diagnostics on the phone and then tells me its a hardware issue and I need to factory reset the phone and everything should be working like new. Same thing again temporary fix still having issues I go back again today. To wait yet another hour for the next Genius to run diagnostics to say the last guy was wrong and its a software issue. He tells me we need to (yet again) factory reset the phone and it will work, if not then we would have to replace the battery. After 3 Factory resets, why dont they admit that they dont actually know whats going on with my phone and replace the thin???? I feel as though theyre giving me the run around until my phone warranty expires so they can get me to purchase a new phone. I am very unhappy with this location and the "help" theyve been giving me. Dont waste your time...I wont any longer.

If I needed another apple product I would purchase it at this store. I went in to have my wife and my iPhone replaced because of software problems that were plaguing our iPhones (12-5-08), as we are going to cancel our crappy at&t contracts because the network is horrible. I mentioned that I also had a new iMac that I had only used 6 or 8 times since purchasing it three months ago and a new macbook that I loved but was nothing more than a web surfing computer since it wouldnt perform basic tasks like printing all of the visible info on an 8x11 document, it would crop it even after changing the settings in the options pallet. The manager told me to return it if I wanted to, and it was now three months after purchasing it!. And I did, for 100% of the purchase price. Keep in mind that these machines were in near new condition, and I had barely used the iMac. Nearly 5k in computers that I hated to look at are now back at Apple and probably in someones hands as refurbished machines. I would recommend this store and the manager to anyone looking for an electronics store that cares about the personal experience we have with their products. I love my iPod, but my Apple computers were another story. I place the blame on myself for not being able to adapt to the new environment that the Mac was presenting to me. JCS
