Horrible! If I could give this place no stars I would! The store was getting an update on their system so they could not process my transaction. I was there at 10:00am and the representative (Jules) was going to call us back. I told them my daughter was leaving for New York in the morning and I was buying this new phone for her. I tried calling throughout the day and they kept saying he would call us when he finished with the next customer! Ten hours later and he never called back! Dont waste your time. Customer service is horrible!!!

2 months and can not fix my bill>?? Over charge on data, when the bill is unlimited???? I dont understand, now AT&T disconnected my service!!! more than 8 trips to the store and the problem still there.... This people need to get it right!!! Horrible Customer Service, this people dont know what they are doing!!!! STAY AWAY FROM AT&T!!! I had to do 1 star but I would give you ( -10 )

This is the second time Ive been to this store in the last month leaving without being taken care of. Three workers behind the counter, three customers and still couldnt be taken care of before leaving after 20 minutes.

Horrible. Brought items back 5 hours later had to pay $35 each restocking fee. Scam. Total cost $70 to return items. Horrible
