We wanted to sign for new contract, trade in our phones, and get the new iPhone. We went to store on Friday. Zak served us. While he was processing our order he said there was an issue from the main company for trading in our phones and he could not figure it out. So he promised to call us the following day but he didnt. We went to store the second day - Saturday- We were told he left for the day but we left him a message to call us, and he didnt. Then I called On Monday and I was told hes busy but he will call me back within one hour but I have not heard from him. So we went to another store on teusday - and there was a deal that we could not get because it was expired on the second day we went to the first store - Saturday. And we found Zak gave us wrong information compared to what we were given in the second store... this is a second party store and service is not like going to original sprint store.

I had a terrific experience with Dan and his staff, i am the owner of a small construction business and use my phone for everything including pictures and videos, well last Saturday i forgot my phone on the hood of my car and it rained hard, needless to say wrecked my phone, well i had all my new babys videos and pictures in this phone, i was told there was no way to get them back, but i was pointed to a Sprint repair store in Lincolnshire where Dan Goudzwaard bent over backwards to help me retrieve my stuff, he did not give up where many people would had just not wanted to deal with it. If your with Sprint and something is wrong with anything, go see Dan and his Excellent staff. Thanks again Dan from my whole family, saving our priceless moments.

I want to call out an exceptional experience I had today with Eddie at the Lincolnshire IL Sprint store. I was upgrading my device and had some difficulty transferring my data. In the process I thought I had lost a special photo from 1965. Eddie found it, transferred all my apps and data and took some time to personally take me through the new features, functionality and tricks to help ke navigate my new phone. He made my day! If only more client facing people had Eddies attitude and willingness to listen and help resolve! Thank you Eddie for your help and patience to help me locate a very special picture and teach me how to use and enjoy my new phone.

I cant say enough about the Lincolnshire store and everyone there. I started in the service area and was asking for help with a problem we have with my husbands phone. He keeps dropping it or spilling coffee on the phone due to a brain injury he suffered. I am so sorry I did not get their names but the guys in the service area were so helpful in giving me options. Once I decided I wanted to buy new phones I worked with Jose Miranda and Frank Delgado. They took the time to help me find the right and accessorys at a price I could afford. Everyone was so friendly and professional. These are the people that are the reason why I continue to use Sprint. Thanks!!

Had a terrible experience here. This store is the worst. I brought my phone in the other day because of dropped calls & service outages. It is less than a year old. They talked me into paying for an antenna to get it fixed the same day. After the phone was "repaired" I tried making a call at their counter in front of the "repair technician" . The call failed due to lack of reception. The technician muttered something about bad reception in the store. He said "leave & it should work fine". I have had little to no reception since the repair. Sprint is sending out a new phone & yet this store refuses to refund my money. Ridiculous! Dont bother going there.

Have tried calling them different days, they never pickup the phone and never respond to VMs. We switched for VZW and Sprint charged us for 4 phones instead of 2 and now disconnected our service saying we need to pay for 4 phones when we only have two devices and the store returned the other two to their main office. Exteremly painful experience and now i have no phone service for no fault of mine. My husband has already spent 5-6 hours during the day (taking time off from work) and the end result is a disconnected phone service because of their system issue! and now we need to pay them another visit for the same reason as they wont pickup their phones!

This is for the LINCOLNSHIRE SPRINT! We started out at Sprint in Vernon Hills. They activated the iPhone but said the SIM card was bad and sent us to the Lincolnshire location. We walked in 3 minutes to closing. The gentleman looked up & greeted us. He was assisting another customer and asked how he could help us. We quickly told him about the SIM card error etc.. He asked for the phone ran a quick check, asked for the phone number, typed some stuff in the system, completed a test and the phone was working. The Sprint associate in Vernon Hills didnt register the SIM card. Thank you so much for all of your help. LINCOLNSHIRE SPRINT!!

I went into the sprint store in Vernon hills to get a new cover for my phone. The service was so bad I walked out since they did not give me any options except to say that they could not help me! Then I went past a sprint store in Lincolnshire and met eddie ! He told me he could accommodate me. Then he checked my plan to make sure I was getting the best plan for me! As it turns out he could update my plan , get me a new phone and add a tablet for about the same monthly payment I am currently paying! He was very knowledgeable about the sprint programs and all the payment discounts I could receive! He definitely hit a home run!

Love this store! The store manger Frank took very good care of us and made us feel welcome. After, spending hours on the phone with sprint not getting any answers, he took us in and helped us. I picked out a new phone and he was very helpful when I was picking out a case for my iPad Air 2 and iphone 6. Frank showed me all the features of the cases and how to put them on my phone the proper way. I love this store and recommend it to everyone who has sprint or is looking to switch to sprint visit this store first. All employees offer great customer service. I will make sure to come back soon!

2 LG flagship phones crashed within a day.. ugh have to go handle our upgrades. Only, instead of the awful hassle i expected i had the pleasure of dealing with manager Ray. He answered all my questions, helped me decide on the best phone and then procedeed to hook it up on the best bluetooth speaker Ive ever heard (i currently own multiple bluetooth PA systems, quality out of harman/kardon unit i received today is superb). When i was looking up nearest sprint store and saw 5star reviews i thought "yeah, right..." but for as long as Ray is there i will only utilize this location. Thank you!
