Sean was excellent! He helped me on the phone answering numerous questions about the several phones we needed repaired, and was accommodating to our various family-member schedules to get them fixed by coming in on his day off! Ive already referred two people to Digital Doc for their needs. The phones (all with cracked screens) looked and worked like new after being serviced. I should add that the repaired phones were Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phones, which most places will not even attempt to repair due to issues with the edge screen. Thank you!

Came in to get an estimate to get my computer fixed. I know what the issue is and how to fix said issue. Reguardless was told that a diagnostic test needed to be done for $49.99 before anything could be done. And was not given any other information about pricing for the actual fix. Just another scam computer repair like Geek Squad that will charge as much as possible without putting the customer first. Craigslist home computer technicians for cheaper, friendlier service.

I dropped my iphone5 today - to my horror, the screen shattered on impact. Luckily, Mike from Digital Doc was there to save the day. While it was pricey (77 bucks after a 10 dollar promo discount), it was worth having my phone back good as new, in less than three hours from the time I dropped it to the time of it being fixed. I had an iPhone that had a cracked screen. The first time it was replaced, the screen went bad after about a month (but it was still under warranty by Digital Doc - so it was replaced). The replacement went bad after about 5 months (out of the Digital Doc warranty), so I just got it replaced at the Apple store. Digital Doc did a good job with the replacement, but they may need to change their part supplier.

two occasions both times for a screen I cracked iPhone 6 In both instances I have been more than satisfied as well as a give me some additional advice on how to run my phone smarter. Definitely recommend it if you have a phone problem this is the place to go. The store is very clean the people are very well spoken and kind.

I had a great experience here. My phone screen shattered and instead of paying the $200+ dollars the Apple Store wanted Digital Doc fixed it for $80 with a very short wait. They also gave me some great advice about extending my battery life. Im glad theres a place in the neighborhood that is cheap, fast and reliable.

not happy at all. Because it was a little past their 90 day policy they wouldnt look to assist in fixing phone unless i pay for service. They were the last to touch the phone to fix the screen and it pops out and screw damaged speaker. Main issue is that I called the manager and didnt even get a call back. Nice!

Excellent customer service. Worked with Joseph. I came in to have a camera phone lense replaced. When I went to pick it up, the camera would not focus. Joseph replaced the camera and provided a high end screen protector with no questions asked. I will definitely bring these guys more business. Thank you!

Customer service is non-existent here. Theyve had my DVR for 12 days. For the first week no one had even looked at it. It took a phone call from me to prod someone to open it up. A week later and all they can tell me is it doesnt work! Theyve done very little for $49.99. I would never use these people again.
