My fiance went into the MOG store to buy my teenage son a new prepaid iPhone. When he went into the store, he asked for the specific phone we were looking for and was told, "we dont have it." Let me mention, when he walked in there were approximately 6 sales employees standing by the front door. He came back out to the car to inform me they didnt have it. I then asked my fiance if they offered to check other stores for inventory and he told me no. So I walked back in to inquire (frustrated at the lack of customer service being offered). Upon entering, I ask could someone please look at inventory at other stores. In the meantime, Bill, an employee, proceeded to ask why I was doing prepaid and planning to pay approximately 400-500 for the phone we were searching, out of pocket. I explained he was young, not exactly responsible, and I was trying to buy my daughter a car so I didnt want my credit ran. After some persuasion, I decided to go with the contracted services and new phones. Bill was a wonderful salesman! Very professional, not pushy, expedited the services because I was in a rush, was truly concerned with what I was looking for, and offered several great discounts on phones and for place of employment. After the phones were purchased, Bill texted my phone to explain that they also had some promotions going on. We exchanged several texts over the course of days to solidify what would work for me and my family. We ended up also getting (2) Hum units!!!!! He was always very responsive, and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the services. He also even sent me a receipt for returned devices I decided against. I wanted to extend my gratefulness to him for making a potentially bad experience....ABSOLUTELY hassle free and pleasant!!!!! GREAT JOB BILL!!!!! KEEP UP THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! 5 STARS FOR YOU!!!!!

Called about picking up a sim card for a phone and was told no problem, come pick it up, they are free. When I arrived I was greated and then told I couldnt pick it up with out the phone present. They then checked my account and looked at my ID like I was some kind of criminal - why I dont know. The salesperson was rude and asked "how could you not bring the phone?" I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was just as rude and acted like I was wasting his time as he set up a display while half-way talking to me. He said "we dont just hand out sim cards to anybody". Talk about arrogant. The manager did inform me that the ATT store was right across the street. Verizon and this store is a joke.

Every time I go into a Verizon store I have to go back because I find out I have been lied in one way or another. The company seems to believe because of their coverage they can miss treat the costumers and get away with it. I dont blame the people in the store. Verizon in their infinite wisdom has taken away my ability to to add and remove devices from my account. Now the only way to get that done is to physically go into a store and have them remove the device. I did that two weeks ago and apparently that doesnt work either because when I went to pay my bill I found I am still being changed for that phone. In my opinion if you dont need the coverage, dont use Verizon.

All 3 employees we delt with turned out to be completely incompetent. They did not sign us up for the promotion that we agreed on and had paperwork for. Had to wait 3 billing cycles for the promotion to be applied to the bill and then reimbursed for the previous months (Had no problem with this it seems normal)but after 4 months and hundreds of extra dollars I have had to pay I havent seen my bill change or any reimbursement. Verizon Phone support has no clue what they did because nothing is notated in the account.

Terrible experience. We were upgrading our phone and getting a new 2 year contract. We were told false information when purchasing a new phone and ended up on the incorrect plan (edge plan) and paying over $400 up front for a "promotional apple bundle" which we found out later after multiple calls to customer service was just a full price charge and the EDGE plan which we didnt want. Very upset and sad with Verizon. They will be losing a lifelong customer and multiple other family members.

We were in town due to Hurricane Matthew affecting where we lived. I had Bill help me replace a phone and add another service. He was outstanding and helpful, which was much appreciated because it was a stressful time for me. When I had a problem with the billing amount 2 weeks later, I called Bill and he remembered me. Bill got the situation fixed in no time. Thank you for a great customer service experience Bill and MOG team.

Walked in with a broken phone and wasnt forced to "sign-in" like some other stores. Sandi was VERY helpful, polite, and professional. She tried to fix the phone, but it was dead, so she ordered a replacement, no hassle (still under warranty). Other customers around seemed to be treated very well, as apposed to what I typically experience at my home Verizon store (Dunwoody).

Jerry gave my husband and I gave us EXCELLENT service at the Mall of GA store. We have encounter many others staffs, unfortunately, not everyone actually CARE about the after sale customers specially they know they are not getting any credit for helping. Jerry went above and beyond to help us. He has earned our loyalty to him. Thank you Jerry!

Recently I went in to activate my prepaid cell phone and from what i thought it was going to be quick it turns out to be like 45 min. i pay start to leave the phone still isnt turned on,come back wait for another 15 min. for the rep to call verizon and i leave finally its done. The people are nice but the service is not good at all.

They are very friendly and quick to help us with a problem that customer service created. The manager very willingly admitted he couldnt fix the problem but would do what he could to make us happy. I have been with Verizon for a long time and am very pleased with so many things about their employees! Great job guys!

Horrible service. I walked in and although there were 3 employees and only 1 other customer I waited over 20 minutes. I finally asked if there was a better time to come back. I was told to sign in, and I replied I had over 20 minutes ago. I walked out the door and will never return.

Terrible customer service. I was acknowledged once I walked in, but no one talked to me for another 20 minutes. They treat people like a number. Its like McDonalds. Youre just another customer with another order, get in, get out.
