My 14 year old daughter had her Iphone 5C screen replaced here in May this year for $110 and within a 2 days the top left corner of the screen came loose and the home button would turn in circles. She lives with her mom and I encouraged her to go back, but she never did. Last week the phone fell out of her pocket as she sat on the bottom step of their staircase and it dropped 10 inches to the floor and 2 more corners popped loose and the home button fell out. She could not find her receipt, but I thought for sure that they would have the repair in their system and would make the repair after seeing how it popped loose so I took her to Smart Touch. I forgot to mention that she and her mom took it to the ATT store and they would not do anything because it was repaired by a third party that uses substandard replacement parts so our only hope was that STM would do the right thing and repair it free of charge, but I was wrong. When we got there I explained what had happened and how it fell out of her pocket and fell 10 inches and he said, "Oh, I wish you wouldnt have said that". I assume that meant that I should not have told the truth and I was right. The young man proceeded to call the owner on his phone and then he asked me if I had the receipt and I explained that it had been lost and he said there is nothing we can do. I own my own business and I would never under any circumstances let a customer walk away dissatisfied because they had lost their receipt, but they had no problem letting us leave clearly unhappy. Know that if you use these guys you are getting substandard parts installed on your phone along with a possible faulty installation and by all means hold on to your receipt because these guys do not understand customer service. My daughter now understands that you dont take a $500+ phone to a Kiosk in the mall for repairs.

Awful experience. Got my screen repaired with them twice, one I purchased and the second was an issue under warranty. They claim their products dont void apple warranty although apple wouldnt fix my screen after smart touch gave me a faulty screen. The second time they gave me a faulty screen, I received no receipt or proof of my visit, and the screen is awful. I brought it back and they told me I never got it fixed there so they refuse to honor the warranty. I support small family business, however do not spend your money here. They charge apple prices for screens they buy at dirt cheap prices. Unfortunate to see that a "sweet small family business" is a family of crooks.

Was inquiring about a price on their product on the mobile app offer up, I found that they are rude, and their customer service sucks. They over charge for outdated phones. And will treat you awful, would rather all of technology to be wiped from the face of the earth than to ever do business with them.
