I have gone to this store twice in the last several months to activate a new line. Each time I went I was over charged for the Monthly subscription price of the plan I selected. I called MetroPCS each time to confirm they had properly billed me and they confirmed each time that I was over charged. While in the store I asked the manager several times to confirm what I was being billed for and to confirm it was correct. The over charging was on the monthly plan, it had nothing to do with the store fees they charge on top of everything.

STAY AWAY SCAM BUYER BEWARE I BOUGHT A NEW IPHONE 7Plus that came with a scratch down the middle of the phone when I went in today to get it replaced or resolved the owner Sue Kim gave me the run around. I will be taking them to court this is a 800 dollar phone paid cash. Do do business here
