If I could award less than this, I would. I stopped by on Sunday at around 4:20 PM, after having called in to see if they fixed broken iPhone screens. I was greeted by a young man and the first thing the asks was if he had given me a price for the repair, to which I said no. He mentioned that it was going to be $225. Overpriced for a screen repair, but what the hell, I needed it done. He goes back to the storage area, and comes back saying that he could not guarantee that the phone would be done on the same day. By this time Im getting annoyed. I mentioned that after overcharging me, the least he could do is ensure that it would be done on the same day. After all this back and forth its already close to 4:50, playing well into the guys trap of not having enough time. I decided to leave, so I grab the phone off his counter and start heading out, he halts me half-way to give me a $10 off coupon. Ill just take my business elsewhere, I dont work well with excuses.

Do Not buy "Simple Snap tempered glass screen protectors. San (Owner) told me I have to deal with Simple Snap for any warranty issues. What He (San, Owner) DIDNT tell me was that it would be a $6.99 shipping charge from Simple Snap. Also, had an Iphone 6S that needed the screen replaced (cracked). All of the sensor functions were working just fine before this store touched it. Phone is completely screwed now. Jumps all over the place, calls random numbers, opens apps etc...wasnt doing that when I took my phone in! Very unprofessional. Take your iphone to an Apple store! It will cost more but you will be GLAD you did. What was supposed to be a $119.99 "fix" to my iphone turned into me having to get a new one that was $969.00. Think long and hard before you throw your hard earned $$$ away to this store.

I took my iPhone 5 in for a new battery. The only issue I had with the phone was the battery was losing its charge within a few hours. I got a call a few hours later explaining that they had put in a new battery but the phone had locked up and still wasnt charging after 4 hours. They tried a second battery. When that didnt work they decided to put my original battery back in the phone since they could never get the phone off the red "charging" icon. When I picked up my phone, I still had the same battery, the left bottom corner of the phone was loose and they wanted to charge me $59 for their time???? NEVER taking any phone into this business again.

I will give them a chance" to make it right " from my last visit before I comment further. ***Update*** Having been a customer of this location for years and then receiving questionable service once, I decided to give them the opportunity to do better. THEY DID! The particulars of this situation arent as important as the follow-up and outcome. Remember, a company is only as good as their products, services and employees make it. Sometimes a second chance, especially when it comes to humans, and the "off days" were all capable of having, is necessary and fair.

I took my phone to get repaired because the previous time here Wayne told me he could repair it. Alex or Alexander is the associate working now and he tells me he cant service my phone. His attitude was horrible so I asked him is he upset because he is working on the MLK holiday. He responded saying he had a swim lesson last night so he doesnt want to be at work. He may have the parts in the back but he would have to go through boxes of junk! Everything I bought there I will be returning just because of his poor service. I wish Wayne was there!

iPhone 6plus had a broken screen. I called and they told me they could get it done and it would take about 1-1.5 hours. I dropped it off at 5pm and they called at 5:45 to let me know it was ready for pick up. The guys were professional and friendly and had a great sense of humor. The price was better than other places and they even told me about a coupon I get to save money on the repair. They are thorough and price was very fair. I will use for other repairs and purchases in the future.

I bought a battery at this store and they threw my old one out that was still good I asked for it back and they were VERY rude and always arrogant .He said I could search a 30 gal. bin for it (he didnt bother to look for it at all ) I know they make money reclycling them too.I dont know how these people stay in business, customer service is important these days and will weed out the bad ones soon.This is a small community and people will hear about them.

Just figured out how to do a review. I wanted to THANK the men at Batteries Plus for helping our neighbor with a dead car battery last Sunday, late afternoon. They went above and beyond any customer service i have seen in a long time, especially ZACH! My neighbor is not tech savvy, but wanted me to write, Thank you from the bottom of her heart for your excellent service, kindness and compassion! Kudos to Batteries Plus in Snellville!

I was excited to see that Batteries + Bulbs can replace cell phone screens after my husband cracked his on Friday night. We showed up at our appointment time and were greeted by Kameron. Hes so professional and knowledgeable. He had the iPhone fixed in about an hour and we saved $10 by making an appointment online. I would recommend Kameron and this store anytime you need a cell phone or tablet screen or battery replaced.

Online store very misleading. Though I was buying a battery pack for my UPS, instead it was one battery only, so the price listed was one half of what it really was. Also batteries were not totally equivalent. Connectors had to be adapted, and batteries were taped together with shipping tape. Salesman did not answer any of my concerns. I will never order from there again.

This place is excellent. I called before i actually set up an appointment and the service was great. I forgot who I spoke with but he gave me a great recommendation to schedule my phone appointment online to receive 10$ off! The fixed my iPhone 6+ in less than an hour and the quality of it is Great! I will definitely be returning to this company for service!!

Needed a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note II. The older gentleman working found the battery I needed right away. He installed it and offered some helpful information. My older model phone (that I love so much) works and charges like new again! So grateful for the well trained staff and well stocked store. Thanks so much! Will be telling EVERYBODY! :)

These guys are awesome! Brought in a yard sale find toddler car that needed a new battery, and I had no idea if I could even get it working again. They went above and beyond to get it up and working and even soldered some connections. My son was ecstatic with his like new car. These guys deserve your business!
