Bought a new phone here the lady said we would receive a free vr head set.(originally we were supposed to get a watch and headset as advertised on the display) then for some reason that promotion had ended and we were still eligible for the vr set. We filled out the paperwork waited 3 months never got the vr head set. We returned to the store and they basically said that the lady doesnt work there anymore and that we were supposed to submit the forms to Samsung ourselves for the head set. The atnt lady did it for us and must have took the vr for herself and atnt said that we are out of luck. We will not be receiving our free gear as promised I have been with atnt for over 10 years and have never been treated so poorly and lied to and taken advantage of. I purchased the phone there because of the free vr head set. And now Im not getting what I signed for this is theft.

All my adult life, Ive been a customer of AT&T (under all past names), and have never switched to any other cell phone carrier. When available in the areas Ive lived, Ive always chosen Internet, home phone and TV service from AT&T, as well. Service in this AT&T Authorized Retailer location is exceptional! They have seamlessly transitioned me from older to newer phones, efficiently installed my U-Verse services, and they always have quick answers to my questions. Great, knowledgeable staff!

Horrible customer service. I wasted 1 hour to purchase a phone. Guy sold me a new phone and a new package which ended up being %40 more expensive. I went back to fix the problem and after an hour they told me to call customer service. Salesman looked very relax. Not coming back anymore. I wasted 3 hours dealing with 2 guys who were not prepare.
