Kinda pissed about this store right now. Yesterday evening I ported in a number to get an iPhone 5s at $99.99. The website and the in-store poster said you need the $35/month plan or higher to get the deal. The girl working said no that I had to do the $45/month plan. So I was charged for that, then once I get home, the port was done, but I cant use the phone. The money didnt apply towards the first month service, which I had to pay to get the deal. On top of that, I was charged $7 for insurance when she never asked if I wanted insurance. I called Boost customer service, but they cant fix what she did; I have to go back to the store. I would not recommend this store because anyone who lies to their customers and tries to cheat them out of money, then runs their transaction wrong, should lose business. I cant lose this phone number because I just had 500 business cards printed up. I wish I had gone somewhere else with my business.
