After visiting the store and interacting with Jayson D. then also reading these reviews! Dude, This store is very FRAUDULENT. The manager Garion Piatt has written a 5star review and also Beatriz a sales rep gave an 5 star review that must be a conflict of interest?!?!?! Beatriz has a good review from a customer on these reviews so she may not be a bad rep but it looks shady for an employee to post a five star review for the company where she is employed! Smh If you want good HONEST ratings have good workers and be honest is my advice! First step would be getting Rid of Jayson he acts like he owns the place! Ill stick with my android and when its time to upgrade ill order online rather then come back to this location even tho its very close to my house. Id rather not!

Ive been a loyal sprint customer since 2007 and never have I experienced such disgusting customer service. My representative JASON ASHER was abrasive, rude and misleading.. he sold me a pre owned phone and never let me know it was pre owned just to make a sale when I contacted sprint customer care they told me to return the phone to the point of sale .When returning the phone Jason laughed in my face was combative and again misleading by ordering another phone to add an additional line to my plan! Trust me when I say do not deal or go to this location you will regret it!

Trying to buy a phone for my spouse has turned into a nightmare with sales rep JASON DASHER @ sprint store 5900 sugarloaf parkway lawrenceville Ga. Jason refused to help me or even acknowledge me. just blatantly ignored me! Was this Racism or just unprofessionalism?!? Either way this is extremely Distasteful conduct.Im appalled! I even have video recordings of the incident!!!! He threatened to call mall security on me after refusing to help me or give me his managers information stating his manger was on vacation and he can not help me!!!! Wow

I had a bad experience st this location when getting an iPhone my sales rep Jason was not only rude to me but my family as well. I thought sprint had great customer service until interacting with Jason Asher. He was rude and aggressive. No compassion for his customers. I hope management reads these reviews and does some customer service training for the people they hire. Something needs to be done!

Im reading these reviews and they are spot on about HORRIBLE customer service from sales rep Jason Dasher. My experience interacting with him to purchase my phone was a not a pleasurable or professional one. Id rather go to any other location then to spend my money with someone so rude! Something should be done about his rude behavior it gives the store and Sprint name a bad reputation!
