I ordered from the sears outlet in Lawrenceville, Ga on 3/15. The email stated I would be contacted within 24 hrs to set up delivery. I was not, I called them 2 days later and set up delivery for next Tuesday 3/22 and was informed I would get a call Monday night between 6-9 with a 2 hr time frame. I never got a call so Tuesday morning I called and was told they dont deliver to my area on Tuesday, it would be Wednesday. I never got a call for delivery that day either. I called and told again they dont deliver to my area that day and was PROMISED it would be Friday. Thursday at 8pm I had not heard from anyone so I called. I was told they didnt have anything set up for me on Friday! I then spoke with the shift lead and he told me they dont actually deliver to my area AT ALL, even though I paid for delivery! I had to call back and speak with the store manager the next day to get that exception. I was on hold 45 mins for her to be told it would Friday night and I asked for a confirmation call with the 2hr time frame. A few hours went by still no call so I called the store manager back, she told me they tired to put my items on the truck but they wouldnt fit. She said the driver was on a run would try to reach him and see if the items will fit after that run. I asked her to please call me back and let me know either way, she said it would probably only be 10 mins. 2 hours later no call. So once AGAIN I called her and she said they werent answering her but how about a delivery for Saturday. At that point I had enough, I asked for a refund. My money was refunded but I am now realizing they shorted me around $60!! The worst experience I have ever had considering I tried to spend nearly $2000!

We are currently on our 3rd washing machine in one week from this Sears Outlet Store. We first purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio. After getting the washing machine home and hooked up, we tried running it through a wash cycle. The machine would fill up with water then it would just stop and drain the water out without ever washing. The very next day we took the washer back and were given another to try. Get home, the washer does the exact same thing. Fills up with water then drains without going through the cycle, except this time the water drained onto our floor! After going back and begging the store to exchange the washer again(this is against their no refund policy) we bought a new Kenmore. We were told that this washer was certified-meaning they had tried it in store and that it would for sure work. So we load the washer and take it home thinking that would be the last time wed have to contact Sears. Wrong! The washer worked one time and hasnt worked since. It gets stuck in the wash cycle. Sometimes if we unplug it and plug it back in it will work. So we call the customer service number and they tell us they will send someone out in a week to check it out! We are told that they will call 1hr before being at the house. The day of the appt they called to tell us they were on their way, then showed up 25mins later! Well, since we were at work we were not able to get home in time for the appt. So now, theyre telling us it will be ANOTHER week before they can come back out to our house. I wish we had just tried to get our money back after the 2nd time of taking our washer back. They are selling defective merchandise! Such a rip off!

I wish I could give a negative rate. I ordered a new KA dishwasher online and choose to pick it up in store in the morning, but received an email for pick up at 7PM... It was too late, so I decided to pick it up the next day. Just ONE hour later, I got an cancellation email from them. What the h**k is going on there? I called the customer service the next day for an explanation. They told me it is so weird and directed my call to a lady in the store. Then the lady told me she dont know why this happened and asked me to reorder it. I told her that I cant do that since the item is sold out and it took me a long time to make this order (I spend couple of days to check the availability in the area). I asked her what if they cancel the item next time after I spending the same amount of time checking the availability of the item and ordered one. She said, if it happens again, she will contact the regional supply manager. I said, could you contact the manager this time to solve the problem. She said she CANT. What? Now I got my credit card charged for nothing (I hope they wont mess the refund again like other customers experienced). Like others put on the reviews. They manage everything so bad. They charged you but couldnt assured the item you bought. To me it looks like an Advertisement SCAM! Put something you will never get there to attract you to their store and make you buy something else. BEWARE, some customer said they only sell defective stuffs.

Im redoing my kitchen and I have been looking at some new appliances starting with the chimney range hood. Ive been looking in all of the major appliance and hardware stores and I decided to expand my search to the Sears Outlet since I wanted a deal. There are three in Atlanta, and I tried the other two first. The Marietta and Tucker locations had products at good prices but they were missing parts and strewn about with little care. I had little hope by the time I made it here but this location had two that were in great shape with ALL of the parts. I was so excited. I was able to get the hood, all of the parts AND the instruction manual for an awesome price. Just because its an outlet doesnt mean you shouldnt care for the products you sell and they seem to understand that. I received great service there from the manager also. There were only two people working as associates at the time and I waited for quite a while to work with him (the one drawback from my visit) but once he was free, he was extremely helpful, professional and friendly so I didnt take off for that. Even let me use his phone to compare the products since mine died. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. Hopefully they keep it up.

I went here to check out their washers and dryers, but walked away with clothes instead at $5 each item or less. A great price! When I went to check out, there was an initial error when my card was ran. The associate stated the debit system was down again so she ran my card under credit. A few days later I see that my card has been charged twice. Im currently trying to call the store so I dont have to travel there to get this rectified. Ive called 14 times with no answer. I should have known this would have been the case, because when I was there no one answered the ringing phone either. There are no other departments or numbers to call. UPDATE I went in that night and was told by an associate that their system was acting funny that day and the store manager was working with corporate to return funds to others double charged. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was off duty but she went to get her. I wanted to make sure they were aware of my case. The manager returned my money since it was under $100 and made a point of letting me know there was a customer that had been charged twice for a $3000 purchase.
