I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this store over the last few years because it was the only pack and mail nearby. They pack up in big boxes, Christmas presents that we send all over country last minute every year, aside from the usual shipping throughout the year. Today was the last time of many, that the guy that runs the place will be rude to me or my husband. (After my encounter today I discovered that my husband finds him rude every time he goes in.) So, I dropped off a prepaid package to return. He said "Next time tape it closed." I said I didnt have any tape. He said "Buy some, its $2." First of all, that tape is really hard to use without also buying a dispenser. Secondly, every other pack and mail store Ive ever been to happily does it for free. Thirdly, he may be the only rude person I’ve ever encountered in Forsyth County. And finally, if he sells the tape for $2, he pays less when he pays wholesale. This might cost him a penny to do for me. That kind of action creates customer loyalty. You cant get better or cheaper advertising than that. He needs to learn that by holding on so tightly to his pennies, he loses many dollars.

Wish I could leave zero stars but cant... I went to the Keith Bridge store (near publix) to drop off an Amazon return. The gentleman there spoke with a very heavy accent and I had trouble understanding him. I couldnt understand what he was saying about my return label and he became very upset with me and walked away. It took about 5 minutes and I finally understood what he was saying and asked him for help in fixing the problem. He refused and stated I hade to go home to fix it. Went home, reattached the label and the returned it to the store where he took the package without saying a word to me; then disappeared to the back again. Very poor customer service.

Ive been here a few times and I wont deny that they will get the job done if you need to ship something. However, the lack of customer care is appalling. The employee unapologetically laughed in my face when I told him I thought it was outrageous to charge $2 to print a label, especially considering his competition down the street does it for free with a smile on their face that makes you want to continue coming back. Its understood that you will overpay at these sorts of stores, but in this day and age they think robbery is a business model. Good luck to them, they will need it.

I used to go to this one all the time and never had a problem until today. For some reason today they wanted to nickel and dime me over little sticky envelopes that UPS gives away for free. Im not paying for things I can get for free. Then this little girl had the audacity to patronize me as Im walking out. Im glad Im not the only one that had a bad experience with this place. They wont see me ever again and I will be contacting someone else to escalate this scenario.

The way shipping should be. Fast and convenient. Its always been a fast trip for me. I do a lot of Amazon and EBay shipping an I always make sure that my labels are clear and boxes are closed correctly because that is what any of the shipping companies would require. If may boxes need extra special packing, I gladly pay them to take care of it because I know it will be done correctly. I also have had them fax things for me before.

poor attention This day I had the worst experience of care to the public, the young lady who checked me has not the remotest idea as to address, I do not want anyone to experience such treatment, unfortunately depend on us customers ... Dont get a mail box there!!!! it took 2 weeks to get a key to my mailbox and now the box to get in after hours is broken!
