Worst Kroger experience! Waited at meat counter (that has a sign open every day 9 to 9, I was there at 6:15 pm) for over 15 minutes. Asked a young man stocking shelves if he could find someone. He said he wasnt allowed in the meat dept and didnt know how to use the phone to call a manager. So I asked if he could find someone who could and he just continued doing what he was doing. Then I asked the guy who was at the deli counter if he could get someone. He was very aware Id been waiting for a long time. He told me Id have to wait. After 20 minutes the lady who was supposed to be working the meat counter finally came back and was very unfriendly and not at all apologetic. Obviously, if I needed anything else, I would have done my shopping and come back, but I stopped in for one item, expecting it to take 5 minutes. If this wasnt the most convenient Kroger on my way home from work, I would never go there again. Most Kroger stores have friendly, helpful staff. Not this one!

Overall, the customer service was awesome. Saying that, I did have a brief set-back. I was unable to locate the E-Yummie drinks for kids. I figured drinks would be on the drink aisle. Opps! There are several aisles indicating drinks, so after walking past the correct aisle I asked for assistance from a guy sticking shelves. Oh! even the Kroger floor clerk couldnt locate the E-Yummie kids drinks, so he asked the Coca-Cola vender. Yep, there they were on aisle 3 which was quite a distance from the soda pops I had in my biggie. In all, please put the drinks with the drinks

We ordered party platter of fried wings Saturday for the football game. These were the best wings ever. She not only hooked us up with a big platter, but breading on these wings were the best. Wings were juicy and seasoned with great taste. We picked up around 5:30pm on September 2nd. I didnt get ladies name but she was great to deal with and timely with our order. Family was satisfied and happy during game.

Prices are very good - comparable to Walmart. Sometimes the lines are too long, and there are not enough cashiers. The aisles and the parking lot are annoyingly narrow. Those issues are not unique to this store. The Kroger in Dawsonville is brand new, and it has similar issues.

I love krogers for their prices but at the same time we shouldnt have to worry about expired meat we got ground beef to make taco for the family n the ground beef was bad the ex. Date was May 20 2016 that was a whole year ago please be careful and check the date on the meat

The staff is really hit or miss in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. The store seems kind of dingy (not like newer Krogers, and definitely not as clean looking as Publix). The prices and sales are decent. They do have a good Organic section available which is nice.

Friendly employees are on hand to assist when checking out and the Pharmacy is consistently right on time but... this Kroger is ALWAYS out of my favorite brand of toilet paper. Weird, I know...

This Kroger is always clean and fairly easy to get in and out of. The only issues Ive ever had were with produce. Either the selection was poor or the produce went bad too soon.
