It was 9:30 on Wednesday night 8/30/17 and I go out of my way to go to Kroger, instead of Walmart or publix which are both closer to me, to get milk bread ice cream and dog treats. I WAS UNABLE TO GET MILK BECAUSE THIS KROGER HAD THE REFRIGERATOR SECTION TAPED OFF!!!! What!? Its 9:30 in the middle of the week right before Labor Day weekend and they decide to not allow PAYING CUSTOMERS TO BUY MILK?!?!?! I am livid! So then I go to buy bread. GUESS WHAT?!? There is ONE NO EXAGGERATION ONE LOAF OF SUNBEAM BREAD (only kind of bread I buy)! And it has a hole in the bag! PATHETIC! This Kroger is PATHETIC AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD! Jackie was so incredibly rude when I asked if I could please buy a gallon of milk. I am a loyal Kroger customer but after this GOD AWFUL experience PUBLIX IS WHERE I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON!! I am done with Kroger!

I walked to the deli to order fried chicken, there was a young man standing there also waiting with a -Kroger shirt on and a Kroger apron , I guess he was waiting to order food also. So as I stood there off to the side of him about to talk to the girl behind the counter, he turned around and looked at me and said , "Im off 0-F-F off ,that means not working so dont ask me any questions" I looked at him and said are you crazy!? I wasnt even going to talk to you at all ,..I was about to talk to the girl behind the counter who IS working. So mind yourself. Advise: When Kroger sends their people for training they should add the -how not to be rude to customers - in the training session.

Funny that someone else wrote a bad review about niyarana. I went in there one Sunday and purchased a couple items plus 8 newspapers. I counted them on the screen as she rang them up and counted 9. Politely I told the cashier (niyarana) I think you rang up nine and I only have 8. In a rude, ghetto response and loud sigh she told me I have a count next to the items and its only 8 thinking I counted wrong I paid and immediately checked my reciept...9. So frustrated and to avoid waiting in the super slow customer service line that already had 3 people waiting and a cashier with no sense of urgency I grabbed another paper and walked out.

I wish I didnt have to give a star at all...HORRIBLE customer service from the bakery staff working at 3:00pm on 4.27.16. I asked to have Happy Birthday written on a coconut cake and was told it would have to be ordered 24 hours in advance. Really, well I called Beaver Ruins location and they had no problem at all accommodating me. Ill drive the 10 minutes extra for better customer service. Last week there was a very rude young man in the deli and I brushed that off but after my interaction today I see they dont demand their staff to believe the customer experience is important.

The service could be better. The people at the register dont look at some customers. My wife said it just feels creepy when someone does business with you but doesnt look. I was used to being treated like that, as Im from Atlanta. It could be a racial or language issue, because Ive seen people being treated different. Maybe the gum that the register person is chewing is so distracting that they cant keep up with every single customer. We only go sometimes, because its close to home. Prices and services are better elsewhere, so well drive a little further for a better experience.

Always super crowded, one day I went to get a money order the girl was eating her lunch, smacking her food, licking her fingers, checking her phone and I heard her telling her coworkers that her children were in the back break room. All while cashing checks and processing money orders. I must say she was great at multitasking BUT her customer service skills were TERRIBLE. I wish I would have grabbed her name but since she barely said 2 words to me I didnt want to interrupt her texting.

Received the best customer service at this Kroger today! Four different employees helped me out throughout my shopping trip and did it with a smile on their face and kindness. One man even opened a plastic bag for me and held it while I put my bananas in... sounds small but this was shocking because usually you can barely even get anyone to speak to you in stores anymore. So glad this is MY Kroger now since we just moved to the area! :-)

Dont know a thing. I tried to pay my rent but no one knew the other processing company that pays the rent. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that he doesnt know anything and they know more than him. No Im upset because I cant pay my rent due to lack of knowledge at the customer service department. I am highly upset and no one did anything about it but say there is nothing they could do because they dont remember!!!!!

This is a 24 hour groceries with good options. They have increased their healthy food offerings within the last few years. There are two 24 hour Bank of America ATMs near the entrance inside the store as well as regular hours full service tellers. The pharmacy has really good hours and staffs are always friendly and courteous. Its also a good place to rent movies or games at the front of the store with two Red Boxes.

This store is typically pretty good. There checkout lines move pretty fast. There is typically trash in the parking lot and a lot of carts scattered around, but I think it is more of an issue with the shoppers in the area than the store. They also run out of sale items some times, but when something is a really good deal I guess that would be typical.

The food is usually of good quality here, and so is the service. Yet, I gave it 4 starts because the inside of the store is very dated. They have remodeled at least once during the last two years, though it still looks old on the inside. Outside of that the people are always friendly and helpful, and the quality of food is pretty good.

Their bathrooms always smell bad - like urine. I wish they would do a better job of keeping the restrooms clean when you just have to go you dont have a lot of choice. More times than not the lines are backed up with every register filled. Yes I could use self service on those days but even some days even the self service is backed up.

Ok. Costumer service in this place really needs an improvement pronto. The check out lanes are really slow and if you need help, good luck finding someone who will help you without an attitude. On the bright side,they have fantastic mark downs on several items like milk and bread. The savings sometimes compensate the aggravation.

This Krogers is my home away from home. I am always treated like family and they always tell me my opinion matters to them good or bad.
