The food and prices are fine. The service is pretty shaky - Ive never seen employees treat customers as nastily and inappropriately as Ive seen the employees at Super H Mart treat its patrons. My negative experience came with my inquiry regarding lobster posed to the female employee in the fresh seafood department. Since they offer fileting and other options for the fish, I asked whether they service the lobster, too. Her response: "YOU BUY, YOU COOK, YOU EAT!!!" Ouch .. I couldnt believe her temper. I left and went straight to Kroger up the road instead. No thanks, Super H Mart ... I prefer ASSI Market off of Old Peachtree for my groceries. I dont know if they have the same owners nor do I care; at ASSI they sure do appreciate customers much more in my experience.

H Mart has a vast selection of import foods, mostly from Asia. They also have food from Central and South America and Eastern Europe. Produce prices are good but the quality can be lacking depending on the item. My only real gripe with H Mart is the complete and total lack of customer service. Im not sure if its a cultural thing or what but it really detracts from an otherwise good trip to the supermarket. While paying for my order during my last visit, the card reader needed my input and I had not realized. Rather than bringing my attention to it, the checkout clerk just stared at me. She didnt utter a word during the entire transaction. So while H Mart has food I cant reasonably get anywhere else, I wouldnt expect help from anyone who works there.

4.5 stars would be more correct. The food court there is great! The Saturday samples are a welcome experience. There are many things I would like to see updated to the structure... The floors need to be redone, the shelving and refrigerator units look old, and they need to take better pride in their signage at this point... theyve been around long enough. Even so, the quality and price of their produce and meats are fantastic. Half of their employees are quite friendly... the other half either pretend that I am invisible or that they are invisible. But still, much better than going to "Wally World".

This is a great spot to buy fresh meat and produce. The prices are economical and the food is high quality. There are also good seafood options. The store also has a good court with about 6 different places to eat. There is a housewares section where you can buy small appliances and home goods. Keep in mind that normal groceries are generally more expensive here so youll want to buy those items at your local grocery store. An added bonus is the tasting stations set up around the store where you can try out different foods. Ive bought items from the store after tasting the samples.

This location used to be a great place for veg and seafood. I have noticed recently (shopped here weekly since it opened) that the store and quality have been sliding. Garbage in the parking lot and in the aisles. Numerous times I have found rotting packaged noodles as well as fruit. I would love to recomend the store and I used to in the past but cannot any longer. I buy shoyu and boxed curry but nothing else at this point. Hoping for a new store manager soon.

Basically one of my go-to grocery stores. Always has sales and useful home goods. Fresh produce and fruits for farmers market prices. Theres a large variety here and fresh seafood, meat, etc as well. The food court used to be one of the places for me to get my Korean food craving fulfilled, but some change has occurred and I havent been going as often. Side note, their happy home cookware set is the bomb. Must buy for anyone who cooks a lot and needs quick cleaning.

I really like this grocery store. I come here regularly to buy my coffee and ramen. I love the tasting booths they have set up all the time. I find myself spending extra time just walking around and looking at their products. Its very clean and organized. They have great prices, especially on fruit. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didnt have thai tea and they didnt have boba last time I checked. Other than that this place is great.

This place has A LOT going on. Its Asian groceries with stuff youll recognize, and A LOT you wont. I felt like I needed a tour guide. Lots of produce looked interesting, but I wasnt sure what much of it was and what to do with it. I felt stupid googling everything. But the stuff I did recognize looked very fresh. Most of the other grocery items are in Asian packaging, so unless you recognize the picture or logo, good luck if you dont read the languages...

Worst service ever. I bought some produce day before Christmas, Christmas day it was all moldy. Tired to return it for credit, replacement or money back and they refused it because I did not have the receipt. The packaging was still in tact... I have frequented this store many timse, but I will never ever shop there again. VERY RUDE... Not what we need in Suwanee... Customer service is lacking big time.

I love going here and trying all the various types of food. When they have samples, I think on Saturday and Sunday, its always fun. Weve been going here for a while and while I like a lot of the produce and food selection along with the pricing. A lot of the staff (for whatever reason) can come across like they dont like you and really dont want you there.

I go here every now and then, mainly for the produce which is really good selection and quality. They also have a large selection of meats competitively priced. Havent had any bad experiences to complain about. Only one thing i would gripe about is that to use a card the total must be $5 or more,if it is less you be asked to buy more items.

DO NOT BUY electronic goods from H Mart. They do not provide any after service for the products that they sell. You will have to deal with distributor out of New York area who treat you like your crazy... typical north east attitude. People working in the electronics dept. are not qualified to service customers.

Great selection of produce quality and good value. The food court is pretty good with a mix of Korean, Chinese and Japanese stalls. The meat and fish sections are reasonably priced. I like to buy their marinated meats and bbq it at home. I recently took a sushi class and will be coming here for my supplies.

Highly enjoy this place, great choice for fruits and vegetables. A great selection. Has very fresh fish items, sometimes to fresh, you can smell it when you enter the place. The service is great and the selection of all the Asian brands is awesome!!

Not my favorite location when compared to some of the others around the metro but hands down the premier Asian grocery in the area. The food court at other locations a bit better but great produce and Asian selections available here

Lola Bank

I went to buy fish, brought the fish, drove home and realized that the Tilapia was spoilt and smelled horrible. I drove back to return the spoiled fish and they did not apologize also, they kept selling the rotten fish to customers
