Really close to my home. If there was a closer one I would probably choose the closer one. The only department with great customer service is the deli. Managers dont speak or say hi like other stores. The cashier we had acted like she hates her life. And the old guy at self checkout was looking at people scanning there stuff like they were going to steal. I hate to play the race card but I know why my experience was what it was. I will only go to this one if my last resort. Please step you game up PIB. All money is green.

Bakery screwed up my daughters 8th bday cake. Ordered cupcake cake with despicable me kit... only to get to party with sheet cake with filling. Called to speak with manager- Rep was beyond rude. Didnt provide information I was requesting. Told me what I ordered. Unbelievable, corporate is on it today though.

Deli service is horrendous. They should be embarrassed by the time it takes them to get food out and ready. Week after week they consistently have nothing prepared and waits last around half an hour after being told it would take fifteen minutes when it should be ready already.

Every time we go here for a sub they have to cut the meat and cheese just to make the sub. To add to it this trip they didnt have sliced tomato they had diced out of a container. Not what I expect from publix!

Deli service is beyond awful. Even when you order online and go to pick up your sandwich at the designated time, they havent even begun to think about your sandwich. Awful job.
