10: 40 pm Typically, Kroger is a simple and convenient option for my grocery shopping needs. But I will be hard pressed to go there again. I bought just under $300 worth of groceries, and spent just as long in the check out as doing the shopping itself. Why? They had no personel run registers open, so I was forced to use the self checkout registers, which of course, way your items as you bag them. Though Kroger has the extended shelf, this wasnt even helpful with the amount of groceries i had, not was the employee who came over to -rather impolitely- inform me I had reached the weight limit and needed to move my items. With that encounter, along with the machine beeping at me the entire time, you could say my frustration levels were rather high. Not at all a pleasant experience. Plus. When I finally got most of the items scanned the employee came over to offer assistance. It was too late for that to do any good. To top everything, the doors closest to my car had been locked, but I was only notified of this when I had made it to them. Please work on creating a better customer service experience, Kroger. Sincerely, A previous customer and current retail employee who expects and knows better.

This was my home Kroger for a few years and I always enjoyed how friendly the staff always was, and how hard working they always seemed to be in terms of keeping the store in excellent condition. I saw many management staff always walking around seeming to check customer experiences or inspecting for improvements. Ive never had an issue here and its one of those stores where you can feel that they care.

The location isnt too bad to get to if youre coming from the North but coming from the South is a little more difficult. The store is clean but the staff isnt always the friendliest. The store is usually well stocked but the way that the aisles are organized can be a little disorienting. Wish I would get a bit more service for the location and prices.

Not friendly for Senior citizens because there are no benches or seating outside so I can wait to be picked up with my purchases. There are also just a few places to sit inside and they are usually occupied. Too few working Amigos and all at one end of the store. This is disheartening, as I enjoy your produce, dairy and other sections.

One of the best krogers in town, very big and has wide selection of items to choose from. Staff are nice, place appears clean and well organized. Has a Starbucks in it if that interests you, deli counter is big and has a lot of different meats cheese, side dishes, cooked food, and also makes sandwiches and has ethnic food as well.

Convenient; a nice touch to have a cooler near the front with the essentials- I wish Meijer did that. Decent cheese selection, as well as sushi. Prices and overall selection, however, dont compare to Meijer, but then its a smaller store in a more convenient location, so you pay 10-15% more on average, even with the Kroger card.

This is one of the sadder groceries I have seen. They are chronically understocked, empty shelves everywhere. I had a question for the pharmacist who looked at me for a couple seconds and then proceeded to ignore me while she messed with something behind the counter before walking away entirely into a back area. Pretty weird.

Looking at past reviews I can say they have changed for the better. Customer Service ROCKS! Price is high like all other stores but when they have a sale and when I use the digital coupons, I come out with SAVINGS. I love the quality of their food (Kroger brand). The experiences I have had keeps me coming back weekly.

Its a grocery store. How great can it be, right? Layout is the same as every other Kroger, staff are standard, products are mass produced and identical to those found in every other grocery store, and the prices are fair. Biggest annoyance is the requirement of a "Kroger Card" for discounts.

I love my Krogers. I know All the employees and my Starbucks. I baked 3 Lasagna for the whole store about 7 months . Im moving back to Arizona and will be shopping at my Frys. Im going to miss everyone. Love you guys and Thank you for 6 years of love and laughter. God bless ALL of you.

Display easils were in the way in the isles. Not as much variety as used to have. Things hard to reach. Couldnt find Medleys snacks. Found several gluten free baking mixes but I wish they had more and less costly. Thank You for bagging G. Cashier was really nice too.

Great selection of fruits and vegetables, good selection of meats, but aisle ways are poorly laid out, IMHO. While looking for soda crackers, I had to ask for help in finding them. The employees information precise and courteous.

Reliable grocery store with an annoying loyalty program. They require you to supply personal info in order to get any of the sale prices shown on the shelves. Neither Meijer nor Wal Mart require personal info to get sale prices.

Customer Service Representative essentially pushed me through the self service register when it was obvious I was in over my head. When I left embarrassed I realized I had also "misplaced" the $20 I received as cash back.

This is a nice Kroger, but it is always packed. I went later in the afternoon and it seemed like the store wasnt well stocked on a variety of goods. I was also disappointed because they got rid of their bulk coffee aisle.

Sometimes they run out of weird things like lettuce or grapes. If its not on the shelf dont bother trying to find an employee to check the back. On the rare occasions Ive actually found one they never have any luck.

Digital coupons didnt ring up. Out of sale items as usual. I rarely shop at Kroger and it seems every time I do they are out of at least one of the sale items I am looking for and/or I cant get their app to work.

Its Kroger. You know pretty much what youre in for when youre going to Kroger. The last couple months theyve been re-organizing the store which is driving me nuts because I dont know where anything is anymore.

Kroger is the worst. Selection is bad and they struggle mightily with keeping their shelves stocked. Worst part of my Ann Arbor experience so far, the lack of a reasonably priced, well stocked grocery store.

A typical Kroger housed in the strip mall with other businesses. Access is convenient either from Maple road or Jackson road. Large parking lot but busy most of the time because of other businesses.

This is one of the biggest Krogers Ive been to. Giant selection of everything. They even have Dragon Fruit! Prices are just like normal Kroger and they have some managers specials which is nice.

I only know to give this place 4 stars because Ive been to the regional flagship Kroger on Plymouth road north of town. All in all, its a fine grocery store for everything except bulk foods.

Very clean store with everything I could need besides hard alcohol. But they have a great wine and beer selection as well as a build your own 6 pack section with a ton of delicious options

Not well managed. Employees can be rude and are lazy. Often have to bring a cart in from the parking lot yourself. If it wasnt convenient, I wouldnt ever go there. Go to Meijer instead.
