I like this Kroger, but when me, dad and my sisters went there today, I saw two brothers fighting and wrestling, which was embarrassing to see. Also, when we go with dad and my 3 youngest sisters, they are constantly bugging dad for every little thing at the store such as Little Debbies, Babybel, Pringles, Candy etc., thats when dad says no. One time we all went there last month to get donuts from the donut bar, one of my sisters went and grabbed a muffin with her bare hands and dad said no and when we went to the cheese section, guess what she did? She grabbed a babybel after dad said no. When we got home that day, dad had to confront her about her misbehavior at the store. But when Im with mom and myself only, things are really not as crazy. Other than taking your spoiled rugrats here, I have not had any other problems with this particular Kroger, but a better one would be the one on Lawrenceville-Suwanee because when mom and I go to that kroger, its usually just the pair of us. Overall: B. It depends on the visit, when its just you and your parents, you would be fine, Im sure. But if you take your kids constantly bugging you for every little thing and you have kids that fight and wrestle each other even in public, then I wouldnt take them in. So reconsider coming here if you have kids, maybe well-behaved kids like me that are willing to help, but if you have spoiled kids and/or kids that fight, then I would just leave them at home!

Customer service department was very rude when I asked a simple question. It seemed as though I was an inconvenience to them with a simple request to honor a coupon I received prior to checking out. Couldnt believe the service rep was trying to stand toe to toe with me over $1.50. I asked to speak to a manager and was given a confused look. The customer service representative had to ask her associate who the manager was. Really!? Then the icing was when the manager, Mr. Chao, came up front and seemed annoyed that I interupted his day. I explained the situation and he cut me short and asked, "Did I buy the right amount of product?" I said "Yes" showed him my receipt and he responded, "I dont care about that did you buy the right amount?" (whats the point of a receipt?) I pulled the product out my bag and he looked, walked my receipt to the same representative, and then walked away. The customer service representative agressivly gave me back the $1.50 and turned around. Given this experience I will not be returning to this Kroger again. I just hope with this review a scenario like this can be addressed and prevent situations like this from happening again. If not, I feel you will continue to lose business.

Ladies in the deli were so very rude. Never addressed I was standing there waiting and when another customer called for her attention, she was very ugly towards him. She walked off and a different staff helped him. When asked for the other ladys name she ignored the question & told him to ask her. After he was persistent, she gave the name of stephanie.Then at the Starbuck, the lady was digging in her ear and leaning against the back counter. Just kept asking, "what?", because she wouldnt come close to actually take my order. This store is beautiful, but has some very off putting employees. For the prices, if get treated better at Walmart & thats saying something. Tried to get the manager, but he/she was busy handling another customers complaint.

I tried Clicklist for the first time today. Im quite pleased with the experience. The girls and the baby and I sat in the car, immediately after swim lessons, and the sweetest lady (Becki) brought our groceries, AND put them in the back of the van in a way that made sense. My only concern was that when we got home it looked like the chicken (raw!) may have been punctured, and leaked all over the other cold foods. Upon investigation, it looks like all the cold things were together on ice while they waited for me to come (at the last 5 minutes of the hour window) and it was just water. Im not about to perform a lab test, and Ive washed off all the questionable items. All in all, Im sold. Thanks!

4 cashiers if that on a Friday. Stood in the shortest line for ten minutes behind the person checking out who was already there checking out before I walked up. After that I sat my stuff on the shelf and walked out reminded me why I stopped going to Kroger its literally the next walmart. Shelves are never stocked can never find help long lines and ignorant employees. The lady at self checkout couldnt even scan my plus card from my phone without moving me to the little register she uses yet no other Kroger employee has had this problem. Which is how I ended up standing in another line before walking out.

This is my go to location. It is close to my job so I can come grocery shop for lunch. I normally have a very positive customer service experience at this location. Brian in the Deli is very engaging and professional. He is always helpful. I notice his interactions with other customers and it is the same across the board. Whenever his coworkers get backed up at their stations, he is quick to assist.

I actually live closer to another Kroger, but still get my prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy staff is always on point and know customers by name. If Ive ever had a script problem with my doctor office or if Im in a hurry to get it filled, they ALWAYS help. Im thankful for their personal service.

Miserable place every time I visit. The people who work there dont even seem like they want to be there. The bathrooms even early in the morning are always out of toilet paper and look like someone had a rave in there the previous night. I dont think the bathrooms have been maintained in months.

When there to get grocery got there at 9 pm an couldnt get in all doors where lock except the one side door by express check out been there before doors where all open had hard time getting in because I am handicap I hope this was a one time thing . Wont be back for a time

Dirty bathrooms, negligent management (Mr. Chao), poor service - dont buy prosciutto ham here they dont know how to cut and present it. On the other hand if you are looking for prosciutto shavings with bits of rind, perhaps this is the place.
